This 12 year well built home sits back off the road and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber / Mt Lassen area has to offer. The sounds of silence radiate through the trees and gives you the sense of calm. Once inside you'll find a remodeled home with amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as you can make it. A large kitchen with counter seating and a breakfast nook for gathering. A comfortable leather sofa for relaxing in the family room with vaulted ceiling. A master bedroom and master bathroom with an over sized tub for soaking after a day exploring the surrounding hiking trails. And the second bedroom has a queen bed. A separate full hallway bathroom too. The backyard is private and quiet as can be. Listen to the squirrels chasing each other or the occasional distant bark of a neighbors dog. It's my happy place for you to call home while you stay and enjoy. By the way, it's a paved road all the way to the driveway, so don't be afraid to bring the Mercedes or even your sports car. Lots to do without having an off road vehicle
