We have replaced our Cleaner and personally done multiple deep cleans of the property. We have replaced King mattress/ boxspring, outdoor furniture, all comforters, couch covers and pillows. We take very seriously: cleanliness, functionality and design. We never want our guest to feel uncomfortable. We will do anything to keep our guests happy so we have decided to do many renovations and unfortunately had to fire our old Cleaner.

Total upgrade of the property. We have replaced our Cleaner and personally done multiple deep cleans. HVAC system is only a few years old, unit has been maintenances and filters changed. Slider tracks have been thoroughly cleaned and lubricated so it slides easily. There is a giant over head light in the kitchen that was also thoroughly cleaned. We have brand new furniture covers that fit snug. We have replaced King mattress/ boxspring, outdoor furniture, all comforters, couch covers and pillows. New baseboards, painting, caulking. We take very seriously: cleanliness, functionality and design. We never want our guest to feel uncomfortable. We will do anything to keep our guests happy so we have decided to do many renovations and unfortunately had to fire our old Cleaner.

Mary did not wait 20 minutes to get inside. We immediately responded to her troubles. We believed Mary was not tech savvy so we have a lock box in case of emergency. We have a standard lock box, which was also difficult for her to open..We stayed on the phone with her the entire time as she tried to gain entry as we would with any guest. Even though house keeping assured us all beds where freshly made, we still had house keeping come over very late at night to remake all the beds. We have exterminators for exterior and interior bi weekly. Myrtle Beach has a lot of insects that want to get inside; we and the HOA put in a lot of effort to keep them away. All of our beds are medium firmness. We get our condo deep cleaned regularly and take great pride in the cleanliness. Guests will have to clean the lint trap if they want to use the washer/dryer. We do have an ocean view from the balcony, which a lot of guests do enjoy. The building its self is directly on the ocean. It’s about 30 second walk before your feet are in the sand. Mary claimed a light fell on it’s on and became very defensive when we simply asked if anyone was around it, since it was a newer lamp. We didn’t charge Mary for the lamp or have any further questions. We take a lot of pride in our property and don’t feel this review in any way reflects the property or our efforts to make the guest experience perfect.
