The apartment offers everything you need to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable:

3 comfortable bedrooms – 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with air conditioning, ceiling fans and closet, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), living room with TV and ceiling fan, comfortable dining room for 6 people and ceiling fan, water heater, internet service and a washer machine and dryer. We'll provide fresh sheets and towels. Also, it has one assigned parking spot for your car.

We charge for the electricity consumption at the time of checkout. You can pay in cash or via the Airbnb platform. The meter reading is taken on the day of entry and the day of departure. The difference is the consumption of your stay.

We are a company that owns several apartments for rent. We specialize in international tenants since 1987. All our apartments are comfortable furnished and fully equipped. They are located in Santo Domingo, capital city of Dominican Republic.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Located on the Independencia Avenue, near the Mirador del Sur Park and a few minutes from the Malecon. Fairly quiet sector, family friendly neighborhood. You will find that everything you need is within easy walking distance, such as pharmacy, supermarket, post office, transportation services, stores and much more. A 15-minute drive takes you to shopping malls, restaurants and the city center.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Although we are not located in the center of the city, the apartment is very well located, has a public transport line that passes very close by, and it is easily reach in taxi or Uber. We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or taxi if you need to get around the city center. This is a true walkable location and area where everything you need is a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you're planning on a road trip.

We are close to Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana, Bepensa, Ciudad Ganadera, Haina Maritime Port, Parque Industrial Itabo, etc.

We will be glad to arrange a taxi transfer with our fabulous taxi driver from ArriveRD (@arrive_rd). They drive a comfortable minivan, speak Spanish and English. They also drive you wherever you want to go within the city. This is a great option if you want to see the Columbus lighthouse, the caves, the museums at Plaza de la Cultura or the botanical garden.
