Welcome to Ocean Breeze!

This 2BR/2BA BEACHFRONT condo is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and nearby Lighthouse Park.

The living area is soft blue with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A Queen sleeper sofa accommodates an additional 2 guests. The dining table seats up to 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a shaded balcony looking toward the community swimming pool. The coffee maker is a 12 cup drip with a single cup drip option.

Upstairs is a calmly hued beachfront master bedroom with Queen bed and beach views with private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.

Across the hall, a second bedroom in teal offers 2 Full/Double beds to sleep a total of 4 guests The second bathroom with shower and laundry center is located between these two bedrooms.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with brand-new carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located!

Parking is available for vehicle parking only; boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned but parking passes are required (provided by management).

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean & well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, also. The location can't be surpassed & we enjoyed the view of the Gulf of America. It was nice to have to pool to relax by, in addition to having the beach so near.

Our unit was amazing. Just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything. A few minor negatives were we did not get access to unit until probably 30 minutes past promised check in time. We had stopped for groceries before arriving but luckily had in cooler on ice. The pool area needs more attention. The garbage cans poolside would be overflowing at the end of the day. Garbage falling on ground. Chairs by pool badly stained. Ground around pool needed swept. Lots and lots of debris in pool. We only saw pool maintenance a couple times. Need garbage can by beach entrance. People just dropped garbage on way to and from beach - people didn’t want to access pool gate to use garbage can or take garbage to unit.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay in this condo on the beach! It’s perfectly located right on the Gulf, very clean, and in a cute little neighborhood. St. George is very easy to get around, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, there’s a great bike path on the island that we were able to enjoy with the bikes we rented. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed peaceful moments watching dolphins from the balconies, and it was easy to set up on the beach for a day of sun and return inside for quick meals since it is just steps from the ocean. The rental’s central location on SGI makes it an easy walk to coffee, donuts, groceries, shopping, or meals at several of our favorite restaurants.

Relaxing

We were notified we could check in early via text. This was definitely a plus. A bag of ice was waiting for us at our door. This was a great perk. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean and beautifully renovated. The beds were comfortable. Linens were very nice. Kitchen had all the basics for our cooking needs. We had the best beach views. The dolphins sitings were plentiful this trip. The very short walk to the beach was ideal. The pool was also great. We beach and pier fished through out our trip. We did lose one day of our rental due to hurricane Debby but we’re able to check right back in the next day. We would definitely stay again. The unit was in a great location. We also meet a lot of extremely nice visitors at the pool and on the beach. The only negative thing for us was the stairs. 12 to the main floor and 12 to the bedroom and most importantly the bathrooms. It is listed on the property description so we did know beforehand. Just didn’t realize how many times a day you need the bathroom. I would recommend people that struggle with stairs get a bottom unit. We wanted the view so we dealt with the stairs. Like I said earlier the view was worth it. We also loved the balconies on both floors. They could use some more comfortable chairs but we loved them none the less. The 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa is great for larger parties.

The proximity to great shops and restaurants makes it even better! The view from both balconies is amazing and the easy access to the ocean, pool and shops/food make this the ideal vacation spot!! My teenage boys asked if we could come back here next year, so if they approve, it’s definitely a win in my book!!

My criteria for beach vacation, is bear and see the ocean, and have a pool. Checked all my boxes!! Perfect for me (Grandma) and 2 grown grand daughters! We had a great time!

Excellent beachfront view!

This unit, and St. George Island, are a great place to visit of you want to getaway from crowds and sit on the beach! It is centrally located on the island, great for exploring. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and clean. The only downside is the two flights of stairs to get to your luggage up to the bedrooms.
