Lumineux et lumineux, récemment rénové, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain condo rez de chaussée à quelques pas du golfe! 5 couchages confortables (lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et lit pliant). Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée (douches, pas de baignoire). Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable, grande table à manger et bar à petit-déjeuner. Le salon offre de nombreux siÚges avec une télévision grand écran qui s'ouvre sur une véranda grillagée pour le divertissement extérieur. Grande terrasse pour bronzer et se détendre en plein air. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre brosse à dents, les accessoires et les articles de plage (chaises, serviettes et jouets).

It was lovely. Great location and nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. It has a wonderful screened in porch and very easy access to the beach. I wish it had a King size bed and it needed a stereo system for some music but otherwise, just about perfect.

Great location, quiet street, wonderful sunroom. If you are on 1st floor you will hear neighbors upstairs walking.

Perfect place for family getaway

We had a great time. The place is in a great location. The beach outside your back door can’t be beat. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. We would rent here again!

Beach Vacation

Only downfall is you can’t see the beach from the back covered porch.. perfect location!! The condo itself was well maintained and super clean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the years to come.

Great for families

My husband and two kids really enjoyed our time at this property. The walk to the beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and we loved sitting out on the screened in porch and listening to the waves. Everything was very clean and Kim was very quick to answer all of my questions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location on the island!

This property is as advertised and more. The location is perfect for beach walking and exploring. We especially enjoyed a leisurely morning at the Julian Bruce State Park. The unit was spotless and the kitchen very well equipped. The property notebook was a big help, especially the restaurant list. Thank you Kim!

Wonderful

This property is very clean and comfortable. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with probably the best quality knives I've ever found in a rental property. :) Best of all, just a few steps from the back deck to the ocean. We loved this place and hope to return.

Great place bad weather

We really enjoyed the condo just had 15-25 mph winds all week and could not lay on the beach or fish!! Accommodations however were wonderful!

Very comfortable beach stay

The condo is nicely appointed -- everything you need for a beach stay for 4. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 is that because it's a ground-floor unit, you can't really see much of the ocean from inside. (In fairness, I knew going in that would be the case.) Still, it's a very short walk to the beach, and SGI is a great place for dolphin-watching. The people upstairs were pretty noisy, including in the middle of the night, but that's not something the condo owners can actually control.

Best Screen Porch on the Island

The condo is clean and comfortable and literally only steps from the ocean. We could listen to the waves from the large, well-furnished screen porch. The owner made it easy to book and provided easy to follow instructions. I hope to rent this unit again some day!

GREAT Place to Relax and Unwind

This was our first time staying at Weatherwood 2, and won't be the last! This was by far, the cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental we have stayed in recently. You have to remember to bring extra paper products, and foods, beach towels, and whatever "water toys" you might want.....all no problem for us, as I usually bring "extras" anyway. The owners were easy to work with if we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of utensils or cookware, you might need. Furniture was comfy, we slept well, and baths were sparkling clean. The owners had just finished a total make-over to entire unit, (this was lower level of a quadriplex (?)). The decor and colors, accessories, all were very tasteful and "beach" style, which is very appropriate! Also, only 1 step to get into unit, and only a few steps down a sandy path to get to the Gulf! Perfect for those with some ambulatory issues. Who could ask for better? We spent most of our waking hours on the lanai, which faces the gulf, listening to the surf and basking in the sun on the deck, reading a book!....I actually got 2 books read in a few days! Short drive to "Apalach" and Eastpoint for some good food and sightseeing. We intend to return!!
