This water-view property (with direct bay access) has unobstructed spectacular open bay views from every level that will make you feel like you are truly on vacation from inside and outside the home.
This recently built reverse living home includes a 1st floor extra large FINISHED garage with ping pong table, rollaway opening with granite bar top and seating for 8! Plenty of storage space for beach toys, chairs and bikes...additionally, there is also a two car driveway. Off the garage there is a covered outdoor picnic area, hammock, seating area with adirondack chairs to enjoy bay views and huge outdoor shower. There is kayak and paddle access to the bay right off the back yard! (double kayak and 2 lifetime paddle boards included in your stay)
The second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a primary en suite bedroom, large laundry room and full hallway bathroom with soaking tub. The third level (reversed living) has an amazing open floor plan with the back of the home being almost completely glass for full views to absolutely stunning water views from any where you are sitting inside the home. You can step out out on to the huge 33 x 12 foot deck which offers a shaded BBQ / sitting/ dining area plus a place to lounge and take in the sun with 2 polywood lounge chairs. Enjoy the breathtaking colors of the nightly sunsets paired perfectly for dining, entertaining or relaxing.
Also included: 5 beach chairs, 5 beach badges, beach buggy for easy access walking too and from beach, hammock, double kayak, 2 paddle boards, life jackets, ping pong table, corn hole, gas grill, wifi, smart tvs in all bedrooms, living room AND garage (for you to log in and connect to all your own streaming platforms), mattress protectors on all beds, pillows and light weight quilts. You provide your own linens and towels (bring extra blankets if you think you will need). One bedroom offers king size bed and en-suite, another has a queen bed while the last two bedrooms offer bunk beds (twins over full) with trundle/twin mattresses. Cleaning is included in rent and provided at checkout.
Our street also has a private bay-front playground with seating located on a lot just a few homes down the street. A perfect option for early morning playtime for the kids while adults watch them and enjoy their cup of coffee or maybe after the beach in the evenings while watching the beautiful sunset colors.

Located less than 10 min walk (.4 miles) or 3 min bike ride to the beach at the Plainfield Ave entrance.
Just a 5 min walk to Lavallette's famous Colonial Bakery, Bakin Bagels, Angelina’s Market, Runners Fish Market/ Restaurant and Ocean Hut Surf Shop. A couple blocks south can enjoy Summer Sweets Ice Cream Shoppe. Also in walking distance is newly opened Castaways Pub and Ohana Grill.
