Tout nouveau sur le marché de Lavallette, cette maison est située dans le centre de Lavallette et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, à pied des magasins Chek, St. L'église de Pio, les grands magasins Martins et B & B). Beach a accès aux plages de baignade et de Surfers Beach. Vous pourrez également vous rendre à la baie de Barnegat, au quai de pêche et aux plages de Bay Lifeguard à proximité. C'est l'un des meilleurs endroits de la ville.
S'il vous plaît noter que c'est à Lavallette - pas une ville environnante.
Promenez-vous sur la promenade le matin et le soir, à quelques pas de la maison.
House est une résidence unifamiliale - ce n'est pas un duplex. Maison a deux portes d'entrée, une dans la salle familiale et la seconde à l'arrière dans la cuisine à côté de la douche extérieure.
Maison a également Yard pour la famille à profiter pendant les vacances.
Nouveau 50 'TV LCD à écran plat vient d'être ajouté !!!!!


Beach Block: Home est idéalement situé à seulement 9 maisons de la plage. Également à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins de la ville de Lavallette. Un excellent emplacement avec une liste d'équipements de vacances d'été!

Love the convenient location. Easy walk to beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Nicely updated interior and very clean. Missed having laundry machines but not a big deal. My only disappointment was that the beds were loud and uncomfortable.

All food had to be stored in the refrigerator, even dry goods. The garbage can had to be left outside. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. They were crawling on us at night. The owner sprayed Home Depot bug poison around the house which did nothing. It doesn’t seem legal to have an unlicensed exterminator spray chemicals in and around a rental property.

Great beach house close to ocean and town.

The outside shower and barbeque grill are great. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher.

A perfect summer cottage for a family stay. The listing is completely accurate and the location is one of the best in Lavalette. Easy access to literally everything. We spent the week there with our three young children. The only amenity missing is laundry - but in case you need one, there’s a laundromat within walking distance. We recommend renting with Greg, he’s a very organized renter.

Very nice and clean, clean, clean!!

Great little house! Everything was brand new so there was no "gross" factor. Didn't feel weird using the pillows or comforters as they were so new. Short walk to beach and all the restaurants and stores. Nice bathroom and big outdoor shower for the kids. Nice big outdoor area for bbq. The only downfalls were the wifi doesn't work that well so we got charged overages on our plan. Also there is no washer dryer so I had to do a trip to laundry mat. Other than that it was very nice and the owner is very nice to deal with also. I would definitely rent again!

It started with the owners being very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home provided everything we could ask for. Very clean, close walk to the beach, badges included, close to restaurants, boardwalk and mini golf. Enjoyed sitting out in the yard having drinks and the BBQ. My family had a great time. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience.

Great Beach Rental

My family of 5 stayed at this house in August 2015. Owners were super nice and easy to work with. The house was immaculate, updated and had an awesome outdoor shower! Nice outdoor area with spotless grill. Walking distance to everything - beach, eateries, everything you need for a week stay at the beach. We would definitely recommend this house for your stay in Lavallette!!!

A must for your next trip to the Jersey Shore

We are no strangers to the area..but this rental was by far one of the best..owners are friendly and easy to work with...house is spacious, with new appliances and newly renovated, clean, a perfect location as it is within walking distance from the center of town and the beach....on-site parking, central air and outdoor shower, grill and outdoor dining, made it even more enjoyable. Looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect Week in Perfect Home!

This place is absolutely great! Beautiful home which is very clean and spotless. We spent many times walking to and along the beach which was so close. The cute little main street of shops, boutiques, and restaurants were also just a short walk away. Greg and Annmarie are great hosts and were quick to take care of any problem that arose. We definitely would love to stay here again next summer for maybe even a longer length of time.

Best of Lavallette

The house was everything that we could ask for. It was brand new and modern. Felt like we were home, not you typical beach house. Even the outdoor shower was pristine and grills were new weber's. If that wasn't enough, the location was in the center of lavallette and wasn't more than a 2 minute walk to stores. Never drove the car once I was there. Now the best part of the location was that this house is set in the rear of the property and fenced in, so if you are a family with young kids which we had, when you sat outside there was no way to get to the street without you seeing. It really made for a perfect stay and would easily recommend for any future renters

An absolute gem!

This is not your typical Jersey Shore Rental. The house is brand new and decorated beautifully. Roomy and contains everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just a short walk up the quiet street to the beach. The location is perfect. Restaurants and shops just blocks away. After a quick trip to the supermarket, we rarely needed the car. Walk/Bike to just about anything you need. The outdoor area was lovely with a brand new Weber Grill. The owners obviously take great pride in their property, making sure their guests are satisfied. We can't wait for our next trip back! Thank you Greg and Ann for providing the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation!

This three bedroom house in Lavallette is beautiful and Brand new. The house offers a brand new custom gourmet GE Kitchen that is spacious and offers a beautiful Granite counter tops. The house has cathedral ceilings throughout with a Central air-conditioning system. The bathroom is spacious and offers custom Kohler fixtures with a hand laid tile mosaic in the shower. House is just nine houses to the Beach (Beach block) and offers close proximity to being able to walk to many of Lavallettes favorite stops such as the Crabs Claw, Jersey Mikes Subs, Kohrs Ice Cream and more.

Brown Avenue, Lavallette NJ END OF SUMMER

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained and modernized including granite counter top and tiled bathroom/shower. The outside shower and wooden walkway had tons of hot water for multiple showers one after the other and helped keep the sand out of the cottage. Ideally located a short walk to the beach, shoping and dining. Owners even provided us with beach badges. The cottage had everything we needed for our vacation less bed linens and towels. We used the gas grille (Weber) and cushioned patio furniture including umbrella to enjoy some steaks, burgers and dogs outside. The AC kept the whole place cool and the High Definition TV let me keep up with my sports programs. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Inside full dining table and chairs gave us a great spot for cards and inside eating. Great vacation home. Dave and Diane Gillespie Stirling NJ 07980

Perfect vacation!

This is our third time renting from Greg and Ann and this is our favorite spot. From a flat screen TV (essential for watching the Olympics!) to a fully equipped kitchen to a beautiful and new outside shower, our every need was met in this spotless home. The location could not have been better...a few steps to the beach and boardwalk for morning strolls, Lenny's for pizza, The Sand Dollar for pancakes and The Beach Home for gifts. So much more within walking distance. Ann and Greg are fabulous hosts and we look forward to two weeks next year! Thanks for a great vacation!

We believe that this is one of the nicest rental properties in the beautiful town of Lavellette. House is in close walking distance to almost everything the town has to offer. House is super clean with a Brand New Kitchen and Bathroom!!

NJ Summer Vacation

Excellent cottage, new floors, remodeled interior and exterior showers. Overall the house was extremely well maintained. Very clean and well kept and a great place for a family of 3 or 4. Location can't be beat, located near several restaurants (Crabs Claw) very quite and only 100 yards from the beach. Owner is excellent and very attentive to your needs. We recommend this location and all of Greg's properties. Thanks Greg we had a great week:) PS. It was cooler than Nashville!

GREAT RENTAL!

This house is just great! It is so well maintained and clean. The outside shower is brand new as well as everything in and outside the house even the grill is brand new. We were able to walk to near by returaunts ,shopping, and even the beach is so close. My family had a great time :).

This house is very clean and modern - completely renovated a few months ago. Close to everything, Beach is just 9 houses away and downtown shops and restaurants are a short walk. Huge new outdoor shower with new Weber gas grill. One of the nicest Beach block homes in Lavallette.

This house is a particularly nice rental in Lavallette for many reasons. The entire interior and exterior of the house was redone in 2011. It is in close proximity to the Beach (just 9 houses away) and is in close walking distance to the center of town in Lavellette which is convenient for shopping, local eateries such as the Crabs Claw and Lenny's and close to an ice cream parlor too. House comes with two off-street parking spots which is Huge during the Summer on the Beach Block!
