The bathroom has a single vanity, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The back patio opens to a quiet greenbelt within Legacy Villas. The patio has outdoor seating. The unit is a short-walk to the main pool, kids pool, fitness room and clubhouse. There is also a quiet lap pool and hot tub just steps from the back patio. The condo also has a detached one car garage available for guest use. The unit can be combined with LV026 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the one bedroom and studio units. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.
