Access to various amenities like a game room & an outdoor hot tub are also at your fingertips at the Blue Church Lodge.

The Space:
From the moment you step through the beautiful stained glass door, you will be enchanted by this charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. Situated in the heart of the Park City historic district, you are also a 2-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift with its access to Park City Mountain Resort. In addition to the truly unbeatable location, you will be delighted by the light-filled, open-concept living/kitchen/dining area and the three spacious bedrooms each featuring its own flat-screen TV, attached bathroom, and views of the rooftops along Park City’s historic Main Street.

As you enter this lovely space, your comfort is top of mind with an entry space featuring a shoe tray and ample hooks where you can unload your gear and make yourself at home. Make your way to the bright and open living/kitchen/dining area where you will find an inviting living space boasting a plush sectional, roomy coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace making for easy relaxation after a day of adventures. When it’s time to settle in for bed, you will find that the cozy sectional conveniently doubles as a queen-size, pull-out bed helping you make the most of this fabulous space.

Near the living area, you will find a charming dining area that seats four and offers up city views. Whether you are digging into your latest meal or setting up a favorite game, you are central to it all with close proximity to both the living and kitchen areas. The stylish kitchen area offers seating for four more at the convenient bar/serving area where you can serve up your latest culinary creation or socialize with your loved ones. Featuring stainless steel appliances, sophisticated finishes, loads of natural light, and fully equipped with everything from a blender to a slow cooker, you will find this kitchen is fully equipped for whatever your needs may be.

This lovely condo boasts three roomy bedrooms that each provide hotel-like amenities with TVs and full bathrooms in each room. The first lovely bedroom, just off of the kitchen/living/dining area features a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, two separate closets, a flat-screen TV, and a full, attached bathroom with single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The convenient location of this bathroom also makes it ideal for use in shared living spaces.

A second bedroom just off the entrance in the hallway makes the most of its space with a roomy full-over-full bunk bed, large dresser, an inviting armchair, a flat-screen TV, two closets, and its own full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The elegant furnishings and views of Park City Main Street make this a fabulous space where you can unwind and rest up for your next Park City excursion.

The final bedroom is a luxurious master suite with a spacious king-size bed featuring fresh, white linens, a roomy bench, dresser, flat-screen TV, two closets, and its own full bathroom. With a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo, you will find it a clean and inviting space where you can wash up before drifting off to sleep in this gorgeous and restful space that provides the elegance of a hotel with the comforts and conveniences of home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance from both city and slopes, making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans situated in closets throughout the home for your use if needed.

There are family-friendly items available in the unit such as a pack n' play, a bumbo, and a simple stroller located in the kid's bunk room closet.

The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).

Please note that there is an available guest parking pass for street parking and residential areas throughout Park City. This was issued from the city and will have a $200 fee when not returned. This pass is NOT for parking in the garage at the lodge side of Blue Church, nor at the China Bridge parking garage.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

End of season trip
Great stay at blue church...charming older property close to everything downtown. Townlift was closed but busses were quick walk to bottom of the hill near the lift and easy! Enjoyed cooking in kitchen and the rooms were spaced enough to keep two different crying babies from waking each other. The heater seemed to have a mind of its own so just used windows to regulate. Be aware weekends u hear music late into evening which kept baby up a bit, but that's being in town and sound machine helped. Great times overall!

Nice property with some caveats
Nice property. Location is fantastic in relation to Old Town PC, the downside is there is a bar with loud thumping base music playing until 1-2am nightly right next door. Clean and well equipped: plenty of dishware, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The radiant heating system makes it kind of hot and stuffy and with no AC you have to open windows to moderate the temperature. There is a fan in the master but it is on the same switch as an overhead light so you have to shut it off at nighttime. Host responses to questions were very rapid but not always especially helpful. There is some conflicting information on different websites that could be cleaned up. Overall, very nice place, not spectacular.

Perfect Location/charming Unit
I rented this unit for my pregnant 30yr old daughter, her aunts, grandmother and sis-in laws. Because she is pregnant I was looking for a listing that was close to Main Street to minimize walking. The condo is very charming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is inside an old church that has been converted to condo units. When you enter the building there is a very spacious common area for all units to play games, eat, read a book or just relax. This unit is one block off Main Street where you have your choice of several restaurants and nightlife. It took a 2 minute walk to be in the heart of it all on Main Street. The only negative is parking more than 2 vehicles. There is covered parking for 1 and a street tag for an additional vehicle, but all others will have to find alternative parking arrangements and its not cheap for 24 hour parking. I highly recommend this listing if location, cleanliness and easy check-in is a plus for you.
