Duplex de plage — 2 maisons complètes avec accès privé, jardin et vues sur l'océan !

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and the little welcome gift. We weren’t aware of the Wi-Fi signal issue, but we’re already looking into upgrading it to make sure it’s stronger for future stays. As for the driveway, we do note in our listing that it’s tight, but we feel lucky to have on-site parking in this area. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the sunroom, found the beds comfortable, appreciated our responsiveness, and made use of the outdoor showers and nearby beach access. We do want to address a few points for future guests. Cleanliness has always been one of our highest priorities, and in hosting many guests over the years, we have maintained consistent 10/10 cleanliness ratings without previous complaints of dirty floors. Our cleaning team thoroughly vacuums and mops the floors after every stay. When this concern was brought to our attention, the photo we received showed only lightly discolored cleaning wipes, but we still took the feedback seriously and immediately contacted our cleaning team to investigate. Regarding the food that was left behind, this was an honest oversight by our cleaning team, the first time anything like this has happened. We sincerely apologized during your stay and sent a gift as a gesture of goodwill because we wanted to make things right. As for insects, our home is professionally treated on a quarterly basis, and we do not have an infestation. Being in a coastal area, it is not uncommon for the occasional ant or earwig to find its way inside, particularly during the warmer months. We also proactively keep ant traps available as an added precaution for the rare visitor. We also appreciated you letting us know about the loose spindle. It has since been addressed, as guest safety is very important to us.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that your group of 10 had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the gorgeous glass sunroom and beachside access. We're glad you found our neighborhood friendly and accommodating. We appreciate your understanding regarding the parking situation. As mentioned in our property description, the driveway can fit 3-4 cars in a line, and we always strive to inform our guests about this to help with planning. Our house, built in the 1920s, is called a cottage for a reason, and its age does contribute to the occasional creaks and noises. Thank you for choosing our property for such a special occasion. We hope to host you again in the future!
