This Ultra Modern Villa is a gorgeous lake house right on Lake Murray in Gilbert, SC. Upon pulling into the driveway, you are greeted with a welcoming home and beautiful views. When you step inside this home, you will be blown away with the luxurious decor and one story floor plan, accommodating for any guest.

Living Room-
The living room is furnished with a sofa and two chairs. There is a 55” SmartTV provided for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies on. There are apps signed in, making it easy for you to enjoy this space. There is a fireplace with a marble mantel that is the focal point of this room. The sliding glass doors give you lake views while inside the home.

Kitchen-
This kitchen is beautifully decorated with marble backsplash and counter tops. There are white cabinets making this space look clean and open. The bar top has 3 stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to make a home cooked meal or to enjoy a meal from a local restaurant. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for you to take care of any laundry that needs to be done before heading home.

Dining Room-
The dining room is located right off of the kitchen and living room on the porch. The table has seating for up to 5 people with extra chairs around a smaller end stand for additional guests. Enjoy lake views while sharing a meal together, no matter the time of year.

Primary Bedroom-
The primary bedroom is furnished with a California King bed. This bed is made with clean comfortable sheets allowing you to get a good nights sleep while staying here. There are plenty of windows providing a lot of natural light as well as a sliding glass door for you to enter the porch. Even from bed you can still enjoy the amazing views that this house offers. There is a desk with a desktop in the primary bedroom for any business travel.

Bedroom 2-
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets allowing your guests to get a good nights rest in their own room.

Bedroom 3-
This bedroom has a queen sized bed. This bed is also made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep while staying here.

Backyard-
This large backyard is the perfect location to make lots of memories with your family. There are outdoor chairs for you to relax on and plenty of grass space for you to lay out or run around. Go swimming in the lake or just enjoy the gorgeous South Carolina weather. The dock is available for you to use to rent a boat from a nearby location or bring your own boat and launch from the boat ramp.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

There are exterior cameras ONLY that are actively recording comings and goings from the driveway side of the home and the water/lake side of the home.
