Casa Colorado is centrally located in the heart of Loveland and a 15 minute drive from Fort Collins.
This one bedroom, roof-top guest suite is a private haven that's perfect for a romantic stay or business trip.
The unique suite is up the stairs with a roof-top deck and expansive windows overlooking Loveland.
You'll feel right at home with all the amenities you need to relax, unwind or adventure out!
A king-size bed adorns the master bedroom and a queen size pull-out couch is available as well.

-Casa Colorado has natural privacy.
-It's located up the stairs on the second floor of a detached building in our backyard.
-The backyard is not a doggy bathroom. Guest need to walk their dogs around the block or to the park.
-Enjoy your coffee on a private deck that overlooks Loveland and is the perfect spot to watch the sun come up.

You'll have access to your private suite that comes equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including:
-washer/dryer
-shower/tub
-stove/oven
-refrigerator
-full kitchen complete with cooking basics
-starter supplies with a small amount of dish soap, hand soap, three Tide pods for washing clothes.

The host lives in the house in front of the short term rental.

Casa Colorado is in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Loveland with several close by parks and many amenities a very short drive away.

We have plenty of free street parking.

While you're our guest, consider renting a paddle board or kayak right in our backyard. During the summer months, our family runs Wave Rentals and enjoys outfitting adventurers of all ages so they can enjoy the waters of one of our local lakes. Boyd lake is just a few miles from Casa Colorado. During the winter months guest will need to clear their own snow for a walking path, on the south side of the house.
