A mid-century modern beach home decorated with that 'Old Hollywood' decor. Entering the home, you are greeted by the chic lounge covered in the iconic “Martinique”wallpaper. As seen through out the world-famous Beverly Hills Hotel since 1942, this wallpaper was shipped from Holland to Florida just for you to enjoy in the lounge!! ;) The Martinique wall covering is timelessly beautiful!

The entire home has been thoughtfully remodeled to restore its mid-century charm and vintage design. Everything inside has been carefully planned to look retro but still new and modern! Think chic, think fun, THINK PINK!

The home has 3 full bedrooms PLUS an adorable PINK poolside guest bungalow. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. Need a 3rd shower? There is an outdoor shower too! Please note: this being a mid-century home, the bedrooms are not large.

POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The PINK poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow has easy access to the half bathroom via an exterior bathroom door. The guest bungalow is a a true tropical vacation experience--however, it may not be appropriate for guests of all ages. Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow. I LOVE IT.........but will Grandma love it? Maybe not. :)

LOCATION:
This home is in a superb location. Just a 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach or 22 minutes to downtown St. Pete! Minutes from shopping and restaurants as well. We included a map in the photos that shows the home in relation to the Madeira Beach access. It's 2 miles and a quick 5 minute drive (see photo for PROOF)!

POOL:
The L shaped PINK pool is professionally serviced twice a week. It is NOT heated.

BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Due to limited availability, notify host at least 7 days prior to ensure availability with the service company. Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.

PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $150 and should be included in your guest count when reserving home. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).
