Fun in the sun! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 49th St. 6 bedroom/4 bathroom duplex (upstairs and downstairs)... steps to the sand with everything brand new (furniture mattresses, bedding, freshly painted)! Enjoy all that Newport Beach and the Balboa Peninsula has to offer in this unit that sleeps 12
Shopping, restaurants, fun zone and a short bike ride or walk away while the best stretch of peninsula beach located on 49th St is 3 houses away!
You must use steps to get to the 2nd floor unit entrance (this is a duplex with a top and bottom unit)
Property is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport (great surf and less crowded beach than near piers but still close to the action), with restaurants, shopping, parks, the Balboa Fun Zone, Lido Village, Newport and Balboa Piers all within an easy bike ride or walking distance away.
Each unit is almost identical in layout and look with the upstairs having more living space because of not having a fireplace.
Also, the downstairs unit has a large patio.
Here's what you'll find in each unit:
LIVING/DINING AREA (for each unit):
- sofa (plus love seat upstairs only), coffee table
- wicker chairs (2 upstairs in seating area ; 1 downstairs)
- Smart TV with YouTube TV access provided
- Open floor plan with dining area and kitchen
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
FULL KITCHEN (in each unit):
- All major appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher; small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker)
-plates, bowls, kitchen equipment, utensils, glassware, etc.
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices (salt and pepper provided) condiments, and
paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
