Our stay was nothing short of perfect! Location was a 5-7 minute walk to Moccasin Springs (which was amazing), there is a great coffee shop across the street and more importantly the property was very clean, spacious and just what we needed! PS...the property also had great coffee and kombucha :)
Unit was exactly as listed, nicely done and very accommodating. Perfect location within walking distance to just about everything there is to do in downtown Hot Springs!
Loved the mid century decor! So very relaxing for both lounging and sleeping. Perfect location for enjoying Hot Springs - near great coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the extra thoughtful added amenities, even the variety of games. Definitely would stay again!
We loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment in Hot Springs! It was sparkling clean and fresh. Great bed and linens- so comfortable! Living area was spacious and beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything you could want or need. Would love to stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
We spent two nights to celebrate my husbandâs birthday & valentines. The property was clean and nicely remodeled. Upscale furnishings and a great location! Our only complaint was the noise from the street late at night and early mornings from traffic and construction.
Loved this style of decorating mid century decor, simple and super comfortable!!
My husband & I took advantage of the Mocassins Spa. We signed up on line for a three hour soak at mineral springs. Such a wonderful experience. Shopped downtown & enjoed dinners at smoking bar b que next door!
The propert was very clean, comfortable, the hosts were were resposnsive to my prestay question and very helpful. The property is well stoacked; the hosts provide tourist information at the property, state park passes, and a wide assortment of board games. The 30 steps to the apartment were not a problem for us. The property is steps away from two good restaurants. We would stay again.
We are Jeremy and Carrie Isaac, owners and hosts at The Evanston Suites. Our five kids help us operate The Evanston, and we love the quiet pace of life in Hot Springs.
We fell in love with The Evanston building and its location in the heart of Hot Springs' historic downtown district with its beautiful sandstone buildings.
We love being able to walk to restaurants and many attractions from our building or hop in the car for a quick drive to swim in Cold Brook Lake, Angostura, or Cascade Falls.
The Evanston was built in 1905 and lovingly restored in 2021. Each of our suites is decorated in its own unique style and named after a character who has a story connected to the building's history.
