We found this listing sort of last minute. I couldnât find a place in custar or hill city. I was so very impressed with hot springs! Beautiful town- check out all the parks!! This unit is close to a very very good bbq/mexican twist resturant. Easy parking behind the building. Cute organic store below the unit. The town has cute original little shops, not at all like costar or hill city w the same shirts in every storeThis unit was very clean and well decorated. They even have extra towels in the hallway to bring to Evans plung water park (natural spring water). The bed was very comfortable as well. Bring your own coffee and creamer ( no keurig). The one downfall is no patio or deck or outdoor area. We did walk all the way down the streets and along the river to the falls area- so peaceful. Just a perfect place to stay when visiting the national park and nature trails! Next time I go will be in cooler weather as we want to check out the spa at moccasin springs. It was 105 outside so hot springs at 105 degrees did not appeal at all. lol. Anyway I would stay her again!
If I could give this this 10 out of 10 stars, I would. This condo was beautiful and felt just like home. Carrie and Jeremy thought of everything. We had a few minor questions and Jeremy responded right away. The condo was within walking distance of every place we visited. It s also a close driving distance to area attractions and parks.
We will definitely visit again and have already recommended to family and friends to go and visit.
We are Jeremy and Carrie Isaac, owners and hosts at The Evanston Suites. Our five kids help us operate The Evanston, and we love the quiet pace of life in Hot Springs.
We found the historic Evanston building while looking for property in South Dakota, and promptly fell in love with this building's storied past and Hot Springs' small-town charm.
The Evanston was built in 1905 and lovingly restored in 2021. Each of our suites is decorated in its own unique style and named after a character who has a story connected to the building's history.
