You'll love the fully stocked kitchen which in addition to the basic essentials, also includes an air fryer, a professional grade blender, a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The living room and main bedroom both have Roku Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials) and there is also a washer and dryer in this home. The main bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There's a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Penguin Dr. is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and deli and also Jolly Roger Amusement Park! There is a place to rent jet skis within a 2 minute walk! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Rodger for the kids (young and adult kids), walk to boat and jet ski rentals and also a short walk to the beach and ocean! *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.* Please note that there is a boat parked in the boat slip during peak season so the boat slip is not included with this rental.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $108.00. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
