The property needed minor maintenence on things like railing repair, but was clean, well designed. Lots of stairs so it you don't do well with them then probably need a different stay. The rail yards can be a little noisy if you're not used to it. All in all we loved it.

The location of this apartment was great for our conference at the Opryland Convention Center! Our bed was very comfortable! The unit needs a bit of TLC and several actual repairs. We communicated details to the owner and hope that he follows through on the improvements.

I would encourage future guests to consider looking at other reviews before basing a booking decision from this one. This guest's main complaint were from the oven hood exhaust vent not working (parts are ordered) and a few other small items that were very minor in nature. Such as a loose door handle knob and only one kitchen towel etc. I find this sort of review to be unfairly harsh since the guest seem to mention during her stay things were going well but mostly wanted to bring those items to my attention and didnt want to complain.

Accommodations were wonderful here! Quiet neighborhood and very nice to sit on the rooftop and enjoy the scenery. Plenty of space for large group of people. Very clean and stocked with essentials. Alex is an amazing host! Contacting back immediately with any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely return here again!

We were very pleased with how close we were to the venue (Panda Festival). Communicating with Alex was quick and responses were prompt to any and all issues. The only problem we had was the guests that stayed prior to our visit really left the place in disarray.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great space for our group of 8!

We had a great stay at the property. Alex was a fantastic host and his communication was always very quick. They house is very spacious and the rooftop deck was the best!!! It was very close to the racetrack which is what we were there for. It is also a short uber ride to broadway! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house for bachelorette!

We loved this house! It was the perfect setup for my friend’s bachelorette. Alex was the best host and super responsive with all my questions! And the house was immaculate inside! It was great to walk into a super clean house! A couple of minor downfalls: It was a little far from Broadway, which we didn’t realize how far until we were there, so definitely plan on paying a lot for Ubers (roughly $25-35 per Uber XL each way and we needed 2 per trip for our group). Also, it’s in a industrial area with a lot of construction going on right next door, so the views aren’t ideal and construction noise was a little loud at times. The couches are not ideal for lounging, they’re really just for show, and there isn’t enough couch space for large groups. Alex did mention that the couches were temporary, so hopefully the new ones he buys will be a better option. Other than those things, which were no fault to Alex, the house was great!

The place was great for a number of reasons. Large and clean Alex helped us both on check in and check out to accommodate people coming from different cities. It is a short Uber to Broadway and the stadium but we walked several times and it was just under an hour through safe and clean neighborhoods. The younger ones easily took lime scooters. There is a little brewery a couple hundred meters from the door with really friendly staff and reasonably priced pizza which was handy on the first day. Great coffee shop a couple hundred meters away. Highly recommended

Great location and set up. We really enjoyed the space of the house awesome kitchen and living areas. It was a little too hot for us to enjoy the rooftop but it was a great looking area. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!!!Our host Alex, was very friendly, and helpful. We had some issues and he took care of right away with no hesitation. He made our experience that more enjoyable.

My original review was too long, so I had to condense it! I have so many great things to say about our stay. We absolutely loved our time at The Rosedale! Our family of four stayed in Unit 1 for four nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, linens, and essentials. The selfie/photo op spots and chalkboard wall were such fun, unique touches!Alex was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent, his detailed check-in and check-out information made everything seamless.The condo was spacious, the A/C kept up perfectly with the July heat, and the washer/dryer, TV, sound system,WiFi, and kitchen appliances all worked flawlessly. We especially loved the rooftop, where we watched a summer storm roll in over Nashville, and the huge sectional was perfect for a family movie night after exploring Broadway. The lighted bathroom mirrors and luxurious showers were wonderful, and my teenager is now obsessed with the “condo shampoo!”The only minor downside was that the primary bedroom mattress was much firmer than we could handle, but that’s truly our only complaint and may not bother everyone.It’s obvious a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Rosedale to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you, Alex, for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Awesome house!!!

I highly recommend this house to any large groups! Alex was VERY accommodating and has an awesome house with a great location! The house was clean when we arrived and provided all the essentials like enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. If I’m ever back in Nashville, I will definitely be booking this house again! The photo booth wall was a huge hit as well!!!
