Spend the day sightseeing then come home to use the free WiFi to post today's memories to your social media while a good ballgame plays out on the living room flatscreen TV. You can take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook up something wonderful for tonight's home-cooked meal. You can serve everyone at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. You'll love using the private gas grill to host a few summer barbecues out on the back deck, and the patio table seats six. There is a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath right off the living room, and past the kitchen, you'll find two more bedrooms, plus a shared bath. Don't forget to visit the shared pool for a cool-down swim after a nice hike. The central AC will keep everyone cool during your fun-filled movie nights, and the private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
