Panoramic Oceanfront Luxury -Heated Pool/Elevator/Bikes/Hot tub

Wave House, or WAVEHOUSEOBX is our newly remodeled oceanfront and beach front home in the Outer Banks. We've had it professionally decorated with high end finishing throughout. It's fully loaded with everything you might need and want from preparing a Thanksgiving meal to enjoying a day on the beach. All new floors, lighting, paint, a complete kitchen makeover including stainless appliances, top of the line kitchen wares, a coffee bar, as well as all new furniture throughout the house and smart TV's in every room! We've got decks on every floor for multiple hangout areas to enjoy panoramic water views from the ocean to the sound side of the island.

The elevator is a big hit, especially for elderly parents and for easily bringing up groceries, luggage, and all your gear. The elevator goes from the ground floor, with easy access for wheel chairs, and accesses each floor inside all the way to the top level. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean views and just a few houses north of the Rodanthe Pier. Take advantage of our propane heated pool as we can get the pool temp to high 80's. Pool heat available April1-early June and Sept-Oct 31.

Top Floor:
Living Room- Panoramic oceanfront views, wall to wall windows with high ceilings, right on the ocean, electric fireplace and a 65" Roku smart 4G TV for movies and entertainment.
Chef's Kitchen- with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Custom coffee bar with all the extras, ocean views.
Dining Room- Large table seats 10 with additional 4 at the kitchen bar. Ocean views all around.
King Bedroom 1- w/ensuite bathroom and shower, high ceilings, plush new mattress and premium bedding, Roku smart TV, ocean and sound side views.

We supply:
Linens & Towels: all Premium luxury bedding & sheets, plush bath towels, and plenty of cabana pool towels.
Bathroom: toilet paper, spa packs for shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps, and hand soaps, hair dryers.
Kitchen & laundry essentials: salt, pepper, spices, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods and dryer sheets,
Children gear: High chair, pack n play, outlet covers
Beach gear: Turkish beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, a soft top surfboard, a beach pull wagon, corn hole, and kid and adult beach games. We have plenty of "beach cruiser bikes" including helmets so you and your family can explore our wonderful neighborhoods, bike paths, boutiques, shopping, and ice cream nearby.

No long hikes to the beach either, you're directly on it! After playing all day in the ocean, come relax poolside in our recliner chairs, grab a beverage, forget your worries and soak in the refreshing pool until sunset. Fire up the grill and enjoy some local caught tuna steaks, lobster, crabs, or the local catch of the day here in the Outer Banks.

If you're tired of all the old, outdated, run down beach houses, then Wave House will knock your socks off! We hope you love it as much as we do!

HOUSE RULES

1. Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide names and ages of all persons staying in the home. A Security Deposit hold of $1,000 is required to be processed on Guest's credit card. This security hold will need to be processed a week prior to check in, is in addition to your total costs, and is released about 10 days after checkout if there are no damages or excess cleaning costs. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. No pets allowed. Sorry. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee.

5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.

6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture.

7. External doors and sliders must remain closed at all times while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.

8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.

9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.

10. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup removal wash cloths for this. Makeup will stain the white towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.

11. NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

POOL RULES

1. No Glass in/around pool area. We charge $1,000 to drain the pool and remove broken glass. So please No Glass around the pool.

3. Swim at your own risk.

4. Pool Heating is additional $600 per week and is available between April 1-early June and Sept-Oct 31. Must notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

5. Pool tech will be on property to service pool mid-week of each stay.
