The main photograph is misleading,as it is a photograph of the owners garden.
I had an accident at my previous accommodation and booked this property on New Years day in haste,arriving at night,the property was infact up a flight of stairs,the hand rail is Unstable and rotten.On first glance,it looked clean & presentable,until you see it in the day light-The cooker dials were dirty,under the tinfoil on cooker was dirty,food & dust at side of cooker & washer,one of the sofas smelt musty & torn at back. Kitchen taps were broken.
Owner promised to get tv when holidays were over?No tv appeared.
The car port leading to the property had garbage,rubbish and old rusty freezer.No where to hang laundry. I had to leave after 4 days,owner offered to work out refund,I cleaned the place,unfortunately used wrong spray on table & immediately offered to pay for the damage to said table. Owners husband & I agreed a price,shook hands ,he agreed to deduct it from refund?I contacted owners & had no reply to date.
My friend contacted owners & was informed I left garbage in apartment?!I left glass bottle & recycling items on work top,which the husband said he would dispose of.Surely my cleaning fees I paid covered such things?
To the back of the property is a nice balcony,unfortunately the view is spoilt by a huge metal container!I would not recommend this listing until major repairs are assured.I have received no refund as a good will jesters from the owner.the owner informed me it was an old table but I said it was in good condition,but not to the value of £1400!!
