Ski Hill 7 is only 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola and walking accessible via the Skiway Skyway ski run. Just walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. This remodeled condo is located in the southwest corner on the 2nd floor of the American building in the Ski Hill complex. The living room features a 50" flat screen HDTV and a gas fireplace. This condo has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen HDTV in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed with an unattached full bath.
The complex has an outdoor heated pool (summer only), with a community grill, and outdoor hot tubs. There is covered parking and an elevator in each building. Only one parking pass is provided.
This condo was a great location for skiing. Less than 100 yds to the Breck Free Ride bus that will take you the base of peak 8 or peak 7. Ski in-ish if there was enough snow. It is a very short walk to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and other stores. The parking is outdoors, but there are covered options available. Just a note, we thought that the laundry was inside the unit, but it was a shared laundry for the building. The kitchen had a minimal amount of oil and spices available and generally had all the utensils, etc., that you would need for some vacation cooking. The property management group was very responsive via text messages for any inquiries.
Property lived up to our expectations. Good location only a short walk to Breck Connect gondola and town. Clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Nice hot tub and gas fireplace was a plus. We would definitely stay again.
Convenient location with lovely grounds. Well equipped kitchen with quality cookware. The half bath off living room was nice for guests. Master bedroom was large, plenty of space to spread out in. Bath was particularly nice and we appreciated the quality linens and overall cleanliness of the unit. Highly recommend!
The location of the unit couldnât be better. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that the elevator was out of order until our departure this morning. It made lugging our things two flights up and down stairs in ski boots a little bit difficult - especially at altitude.
The unit is nice with lots of nice kitchen amenities (spices, crock pot, pop corn maker, all the standard pots, panes, utensils). Not really a ski-in; can walk from end of run at Gondola access tunnel to Ski Hill condominium parking (half uphill) in 5-8mins. Can walk to free bus stops on either end of property (5mins), but may have to wait a while for a bus. Can walk to Gondola in 10mins. Easy access to town (couple of blocks down Ski Hill Rd).
This is a very nice, cozy and spacious condo in a great location. Also at a great rate. Very clean and comfortable with a nice layout that will provide some privacy when needed. The gondola is about a 400 yard walk and you can ski in to about 100 yards from the condo. Main Street is just a few blocks away. Hot tubs and laundry onsite are well maintained and nice amenities to have. The kitchen has nice appliances and everything needed to make meals. The only complaint I have is the mattress for the pullout sofa needs to be replaced asap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.
Overall property and location was good. We had some noisy neighbors upstairs. Recommend fixing headboards to the beds or wall. Location was good for walking into town. We were there to ski, and a family member dropped us off and picked us up from the slopes, so we did not use the shuttle or long run from the mountain to return to the condo. Without our family member's help, we would have caught the close by shuttle. We enjoyed Breckenridge and our family time.
Great condo with a fantastic floor plan; all was super clean and as promised. My only suggestion is that the check in process is a bit of a pain because we had to go to Main Street, which is always trafficky and crowded, even though the condo had a key code. Seems that we could have been provided with the condo information and key code and have everything inside the condo. Still, a relatively minor complaint as everything else was great.

This condo was clean and well-maintained. The best thing about the condo is its location. We used the Gold Run shuttle located 20 yards up the hill which runs every 15 minutes and takes you directly to peak 7 or the afternoon, we skied down 4 O'Clock run and walked half a block back to the condo. We walked to town for dining and shopping and never moved our car the 5 days we were there. The decor and kitchen ware are showing their age a bit and my kids complained about the slow wifi (we were unable to get a movie to load on the TV to stream), but overall it was a very comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out.
Perfect location right next to the bus stop to take it to the top of seven and eight. Plenty of parking and enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen fully stocked, like the additional bathroom for family of four.

Our family booked this for a summer vacation and it was perfect. The location is easily walkable to all of Breckenridge. The unit was clean and well decorated. We would definitely come back to this unit/location!
