Welcome to this beautiful Caribbean Chic, comfortable, convenient Villa just a 4-minute walk from famed Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands! Enjoy the comforts of the Pool-level great room with exposed ceilings and bask in the great natural lighting from the 8-foot-high windows all around. A Samsung TV adds to the entertainment and keeps you connected, though enjoying a lazy day poolside or beachcombing a few steps away might be more fun? Enjoy what Conde Nast often calls the “World’s Best Beach” just 240 meters from the Villa!

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for meal preparation, or you can BBQ on the pool patio and dine alfresco. There is a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom boasting a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

All three bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs. The oversized verandah is complete with a large sectional, outdoor fans and romantic lighting. The expansive pool deck, accented by comfortable chaise loungers and umbrellas, is the perfect way to enjoy the Caribbean sun. Additional touches include a unique pink umbrellas, outdoor beach shower, pool and beach towels, LED lights in the pool, and the most amazing stargazing in Paradise! Take advantage of the producing coconut palms all around the property for great drinks and real coconut water.

True to the name Beach Daze, this vacation rental gem is located in Leeward, the upscale, gated (with CCTV and security guards), beach community in Grace Bay, and at the edge of Grace Bay’s restaurant and shopping district. It is a couple of minutes to restaurants, golf, tennis, casino, watersports, the marina, shopping and so much more. For your comfort, the Villa is fully walled and fenced, gated, and monitored by an on-island security team as well as fitted with a house alarm system, exterior only video cameras, and automatic outdoor lighting.

There are two separate central air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, one for the primary suite and a second for other areas; uniquely, this includes AC directly into the bathrooms as well. Beach Daze gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind as well.

Beach Daze Villa can sleep up to 8 persons: King primary bedroom, Queen second bedroom, a trundle third bedroom that can be made to a King, and a Queen sofa in the living room.

Overall So-So

While there was nothing terrible about this property there also wasn’t anything superb. The pool was very dirty when we got there. The pool person only came one time, 3 days into our 8-day stay. The pump and filters did not seem to operate properly because even after the pool had been cleaned it became very dirty again quickly. The house itself was decent enough but needs a freshening. It just feels and looks a little dirty (marks on the paint, dirty tile group, and dirty dishes). It is well stocked though with everything you need to cook and eat-in. Had to ask throughout our stay for things that should have been well stocked. Didn’t have enough toilet paper or paper towels to even get to day 2. Had to ask for trash bags on day 4. Instead of bringing a full box we were given 5. Overall this property and the service is not worth the rental fee being charged. TCI are quite expensive, but do yourself a favor and avoid this property.

Wonderful property in great location

My husband and I rented this house for three weeks in February. He enjoyed east access to Long Beach wing foiling and I could bike to and from tennis at Royal Turks. The house is light, spacious, and well equipped. We didn’t end up doing much cooking but when we did we had the basics we needed for kitchen equipment. The pool is beautiful and a lovely beach is a short walk away. We had our mothers with us for a few days (they are 84+) and then another couple at a different time. The house absorbed us all well. I spent a long time looking for a house and this was by far the nicest rental for the price and better than many more expensive options. We hope to come back again soon.

Summer Vacation 2022

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at Beach Daze. We were not wanting to stay at a resort and wanted to explore lots of areas of Turks and Caicos. Beach Daze was a perfect location! The area it is in is beautiful! Don’t miss kayaking at the mangroves located about 5 mins from the house. The house is about a 3-5 minutes walk to a small beach. Our kids swam and snorkeled here for a few hours but we spent most days at grace bay beach. All beaches are public and you can rent chairs and umbrellas. You will need a rental car! You will be about a 10 minute car ride to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. We loved spending the day at the beach snorkeling and then went back to the house to swim and relax in the huge pool! Our kids loved the pool! Everything at beach daze was clean and comfortable! We would love to come back!

One I landed in Provo and stepped on to Grace Bay Beach, I understood why it is next level. I created a comfortable villa in one of the best locations on Grace Bay to share the experience I had with all guests to Beach Daze Villa.

This is one of the most exclusive areas on the island, with celebrities and private guests enjoying a private, guarded area with very few beachgoers. This is truly an area to decompress and soak up Grace Bay Beach, Provo, and out islands, which are Beautiful by Nature.

Beach Daze Villa is unique because it provides not only access to the most exclusive area of the island, with its semi-private beach just a short walk down the street but also the Villa welcomes guests with a comfortable atmosphere and approachable price point for the area. The pool and verandah are atypically large for the island, which makes for great lounging on property, as is having central air conditioning (getting ready in hot bathrooms is a thing of the past). And what is better than "walk-to" access to the Best Beach in the World?
