Papakea B408 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor with a split air conditioner and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy ocean views from this charming oceanfront resort condo. Upon stepping inside there is plenty of seating to unwind after your day enjoying the island of Maui. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides the perfect spot to prepare meals. Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a king-size bed that is spacious and tastefully decorated. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the guest bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower combo with a vanity and storage. The second bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite bathroom and 2 Twin beds. The Twin beds can be converted into a King upon request. Lastly, for extra guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area and each room has a ceiling fan.

The beachy, tropical color scheme of cool blues and Hawaiian-inspired furniture creates a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the spacious lanai as you wake up to the smells and beauty of Maui. The occasional rainbows are magical; once in a while, you might get the rare opportunity to see a double rainbow!

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

We loved our stay. The ocean views and calm setting made our stay very enjoyable. My two boys shared the loft and slept so well. We had everything we needed for the beach and everything we needed for making our own meals and enjoying some quiet time. We would highly recommend this spot !

This condo was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! The condo itself had everything we needed and more. The loft had two twin beds and a full bathroom which is perfect for our teen kids who don't want to share a bed. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed as well as access to a second full bathroom. Both bedrooms were kept cool thanks to the great air conditioning. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we spent lots of time watching whales while drinking our coffee. We loved that there was beach supplies and chairs that we could use. It was always easy to find a parking spot, it was quiet at night, the elevator was close to the unit, the pool was heated and the hot tub was huge. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great but having detergent and dryer sheets provided was a great surprise. We loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. The complex was close to many shops and restaurants which could be walked to. Our only regret was that we didn't stay at this property longer. Next time we will be sure to add more days on to our Maui stay so we can enjoy this property more. Thank you to our hosts for making this condo available for others to enjoy.

It's wonderful the AC kept the bedrooms cool, the balcony view let you watch whales over morning coffee, and the provided beach gear, easy parking, quiet nights, nearby elevator, heated pool, and large hot tub added to your stay. We're also happy the in-unit washer/dryer plus supplied detergent, dryer sheets, and toiletries were helpful. Hate to leave!

This is a really really amazing place to stay on Maui! This was our first visit to Maui (and Hawaii) and Papakea B408 delivered on every level! The condo was clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything you could think of - including a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to anything you might want to do on Maui. Snorkeling just steps away (and they had all the snorkel gear you'd need), close to a great coffee place and farmers market. The condo itself is literally perfect! We would stay here again and again! 5 stars!!

Great location

My family and I enjoyed this property! The location is great, there is restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores and more within walking distance. The unit was clean and confortable with all your basic necessities. The only downside was that the condo complex doesn’t have a sandy beach area for the kids and with the retaining wall where the water is I don’t think it’s safe for the kids. But that wasn’t a problem for us because there’s plenty of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away. A huge plus was that the sunsets area is stunning where they have the water access.

Beware VRBO charge

Unit needs renovating. Bath tub facet was leaking upon arrival and maintenance said they would have to have a plumber repair it. Lanai door extremely difficult to open/close. Portable ice maker had mold in it and refrigerator ice maker produced smelly ice.
