If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, beds to accommodate my large family. Wonderful location for a great family beach trip!

Not clean

Beds great, AC Cold, house is large and can sleep many people. Couple blocks from beach, no beach view. Lots of dishes, pots & pans if you are cooking. My overall complaint was kitchen was not clean, several light bulbs out, hard time getting in, locks didn't work. Heating coil in oven was broke in 1/2. Ants in bathroom and kitchen. Coffee maker small, like hotel.

House Needs Work

We were disappointed in the orientation of this house. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. The lock code was difficult and it took us multiple tries to get it unlocked. We had to ask for the lockbox code even though we were told there was a lockbox for the garage where items were stored. However, the key didn't work. The floors were NOT cleaned. There was sand, dog poop, and dead insects all over the house. The broom was broke and there was no dustpan. The master shower spicket was broken, but usable if you wanted cold water. The gas grill did not work and there wasn't another tank as stated on the website. There was a shelf broken in the refrigerator and the oven/stove needs to be replaced. Took us 2-3 hours to bake a casserole that we brought to just pop in the oven and heat up. The front door gets jammed. I have reported these issues, but it seems that this house needs the owner to come give it some TLC. That was the main disappointment. Each time I have rented a home, I have had direct contact with the owners. The contact we had was through a service/app, which is just frustrated all around. If these items are taken seriously and handled, this will be a great place to stay.

Cute spacious beach house close to the water with lots of amenities!!

My group had an amazing weekend at the beach house! The house is spacious, updated and has so many extras for cooking and hanging out. The covered downstairs patio with a hammock, picnic table, grill and outdoor shower amenities all give you twice the space for a fun outdoor gathering. We'll definitely be back and recommend!!!

Had a great time, but….

Negatives Fridge took 2 days to cool our drinks. Kept switching itself off…. Freezer part worked fine. Dishes all dirty. Had to wash them ALL ourselves. Visible dirt and dust on everything. Molded food left behind….. WiFi was definitely subpar. Kids couldn’t watch anything on the tv during our downtime away from the beach. We weren’t supplied a password either, but luckily someone had left to tv connected. Couches not cleaned. Had food crumbs on the couches. Dust all over the furniture, ie; tv stand, coffee table, and dining room table. Hair clogged up bath tub…. My wife had to pull it out for our kids to use the shower and not have standing water. Positives AC worked great. Plenty of parking. Large enough for a family of 8 to sleep comfortably. More than enough beach towels and showering towels available for use. Bottom line. If the fridge hadn’t took so long to cool our food and just the overall cleanliness of everything, it would’ve been great. We still had a blast down at the beach. Pictures of the negative items are available upon owner’s request.

Lovin' life at Sandy Daze

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy Daze!! It's a vacation spot that is the perfect retreat for both relaxation and adventure. This charming beach house welcomes you to get cozy as soon as you walk in the door. There is plenty of room to entertain inside or even enjoy a BBQ on the deck. The kitchen amenities make it easy to cook for a large group with room for storing left overs. It's a short walk to the beach and a great place to enjoy the sunset. We are already planning our next Sandy Daze Retreat.
