Welcome to your ultimate beach getaway!
Enjoy sun-kissed shores, bars, restaurants and the brand new Surfside Pier just a block from your doorstep. Inside, find coastal charm in this bright and spacious 3 bedroom/3bath home, perfect for families. And the brand new outdoor bar is a great place to kick back after a day at the beach.
The space
Welcome to your bright and spacious beach house! The open-concept first floor boasts a kitchen, dining room and living room, all seamlessly flowing into one another. Step outside onto the large wraparound porch for fresh ocean breezes. A bathroom and laundry room complete this level.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers direct access to a porch overlooking the ocean, while the first guest bedroom features one set of bunk beds and queen bed and its own porch access. A shared bathroom connects to the third bedroom that also has a queen bed.
Outside, enjoy the brand new outdoor bar under charming string lights. Amenities include Internet, Roku TVs, and parking for five cars. Welcome to your coastal retreat!

Like so many others, the pandemic put things in perspective and I decided it was time to leave the rat race of the city for a quieter, slower paced life. Having never stepped foot here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I immediately fell in love with the spectacular sunsets and local hospitality and knew I was here to stay.
Ready to make this my permanent residence, it was time to put roots down and buy! Homeownership had been a dream of mine for a long time but was never feasible in NY. I quickly realized that with the spike in the housing market, it may not be possible here either. But finally... after making offers on 10 properties, Beach Haven was listed and my dreams came true in March of 2022!
Built in 2000, she was in great shape but in need of some updating. Every renovation you see - the refinished cabinets, fresh paint throughout and new furnishings to name a few - was carefully thought out with you in mind!
I'm incredibly proud of the work I've done and excited to share this with others. I hope you love her as much as I do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This home away from home is In the heart of Surfside Beach which is known as the "Family Beach". You will be conveniently located within just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean, the Surfside Pier (which is currently undergoing renovation), the infamous Neal and Pam's, several local restaurants and bars, a beach shop, a local park with a playground, tennis courts and the library. You never have to leave the area! But if you do want to explore, Highway 17 (the main business thoroughfare) is just up the street.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Being the tallest house on the block means you get to enjoy views of the water from both the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. You're close enough to Neal and Pam's to hear the live music if you're sitting outside. But not so close that it disturbs your privacy when you're inside.
