Cheerful 4 BR House, 2 Minute Walk to the Beach

Our welcoming 4-bedroom house has everything that you need for your Brigantine vacation. The home is a two-minute walk to the lifeguarded beach at 3rd Street S. We love the charm of our house, it is the oldest remaining on the island! With that charm comes qualities such as antique hardware, original screened in porch, large yard and some sloped original floors.
It is very family friendly with a private fenced in yard and large screened in porch for grilling and relaxing. The porch is our favorite spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax at night under string lights - come and enjoy the breeze and ocean air!
The home includes parking for 2 cars & has beach tags (6), toys, chairs & umbrella available for use. During your stay, you will enjoy using our fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances and pantry staples. Being family friendly, the home comes with a highchair, baby gate, and plenty of kids' toys and books. Most importantly, all bedrooms have blackout shades - great for naps and sleeping! Our home is within walking distance to several popular shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It is a short drive to nearby casinos. Our cheerful 4BR is a perfect home base to explore Brigantine!

Loved our stay!

This property was the perfect place for my friends and I to have a long weekend. Great walk to the beach and very easy to get to close attractions or dinners. The owners were so nice and communicative, we really enjoyed our stay. Slept 8 extremely comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great MDW weekend at this property! The hosts were great and very responsive. The property looks just like the pictures and was a very short walk to the beach. Our family and our 2 dogs really enjoyed the house and the fenced in back yard! Definitely would stay here again

Heaven in Brigantine

Block from best part of beach. Beautiful, spacious house. Great owners. Very thoughtful gift, and everything you need is there, down to the TP and shampoo. Will definitely repeat our week stay next year! And did I mention it is a block from the beach?!

Our week stay was fantastic! The house was a short walk to the beach, and in a great location to many local shops and restaurants. Checking in at 3 pm was very nice for traveling with pets. The back yard offered a great space for dogs to run and enjoy their time on vacation. The charm and history of the house is what truly makes this place a BEACH HOUSE. There was so much space for my family to enjoy their space. The kitchen has all supplies for cooking at home. Looking forward to booking this rental next summer!

We love Brigantine!

Ted and Anna were super responsive and their 1890’s home wonderfully equipped for our family. A fabulous location with a short walk to the beach and shops. Couldn’t have asked for more with our whole family and fur family comfortable for the week. Thank you!!.

Charming older home

This is an older home located close to the beach. We had 9 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room. Very good communication with property owners. We really enjoyed the screened in porch.

Family Beach Vacation

We had the best week at this beach house! The house is so cute & decorated beautifully. The overall layout was so convenient for the whole family & one of the best parts was the large fenced-in backyard for our dogs & our toddler! This location is only moments to/from the beach & close to all amenities. Definitely we’ll be back! Thanks again for a great week!

Charming Beach House

Home was clean and well stocked, very close to beach. Felt cozy and comfortable, but was very spacious. Screened in porch was perfect for hanging out. Backyard was great for our dog. Owners were available for any issues, but we had none. All around perfect week at the Jersey shore!

This house is filled with history and charm. The home was spotless when we arrived. The amenities were spot on. The tankless hot water heater was terrific, especially for a family of 6. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need as well as broom, vacuum and cleaning supplies. The bedrooms were tidy and the beds super comfortable. We hope to return in the future. Picture is right down the street at the bay.

Great house with a yard

This house was perfect for our family’s week at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach with wagons and lots of beach necessities available to use. Lots of table space for larger groups and two fenced-in yards (in the front and back yard) proved useful time after time. Also I was surprised by just how much we used the screened-in porch - such a bonus. The owners were very responsive and great to rent from.

Family vacation, perfect house and location

Wonderful experience staying here! Very communicative in advance with our family's many questions. House was very clean and well appointed, beds were so comfortable. Location couldn't be beat! So close to the beach and anything you might need (groceries, coffee, smoothies etc). Beautiful screened porch with big tables for big family gatherings. Beach tags, beach wagon, chairs, and many beach toys provided and made it easy for us all. We would definitely want to come back!

Beach Vacation

Great beach house! This house is very charming...It sleeps alot of people and the location to the beach is superb...We had our grandchildren here and the beautiful screened in porch was perfect! The fenced in yard was key with the dog and the kids..It just had that beachy feel to it. House included all that you needed from the shower to the kitchen and beach. We will be returning next year! Hidden gem in Brigantine!

We had a quick trip to this charming Brigantine house and it certainly won't be our last! Anna's place was clean and homey. It had more than enough space for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach - cannot beat the location. The kids loved eating at the picnic table on the screened in porch and we enjoyed having the fenced in yard for them. Super family friendly . Kids even slept in thanks to blackout shades! We will be back for a longer stay for sure.

Brigantine happy!!

The weather was perfect the whole week of our stay. The house fit our needs, it just took some time to get use to the sloping floors😜. The screeend-in porch was delightful in the evenings and the dogs enjoyed having a fenced in yard. The closeness to the beach was exactly what we wanted. The hosts were prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Anna & Ted!

Wonderful

We rented the house just for the weekend and couldn’t be happier. Saturday we had friends and family over and everyone loved the house! Some people relaxed on the huge screened in porch and some in the backyard and some went back and forth from the beach which is only a block away! Perfect location! The 5 bedrooms spread out over 2 floors is a perfect layout too. The hosts are very responsive - they answer immediately. Five stars.

Great Location, Great Backyard!

We really enjoyed our week stay at this house. We especailly enjoyed the outside spaces. The screened-in porch was a great place for crafts with the kids and outside meals. The backyard was bigger than expected and very private, we enjoyed spending afternoons in the shade of the large tree. Our only unexpected complaint about this house was the stairs. They are very steep and narrow, I worried a lot about my 80 year old parents using them.

Cute place & close to the beach!

This house was perfect for a little getaway for our family and dog. The house was clean and as described; we really benefitted from being able to use the beach equipment, high chair, and baby toys that were at the house and provided for guests. I would recommend bringing your own pillows to use, but the bed in the master/primary suite is SO comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! The backyard is totally fenced in which was perfect our dog. The host was easy to communicate with and always replied to us promptly, even allowing us early check-in and late check-out which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!!

Quirky but comfortable

A neighbor told us this was one of the oldest houses on the island. Don’t know if that’s true but the layout would seem to indicate that it might be. We became comfortable with it. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Had 5 kids with us and they loved it. Host immediately responsive to any concerns we might have had. Brigantine one of NJ’s hidden gems.

great location but small and very dated house

the house was in a wonderful location and very clean. It had a lovely fenced in back yard for pets to roam. However, the rooms were very small, the floor sloped, there was an awkward little step down from the dining room to the kitchen that was a tripping hazard, there was a Nespresso machine but no pods ( i messaged the owner but got no reply on the matter), some of the door handles were about to fall off and there was an ant problem in the dining room. It was an old house, and in need of a lot of TLC.

Hi Jessica, thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and large yard. We love the charm of our older house (one of the originals in Brigantine!) but agree that with it comes sloped floors and original antique door handles. We have since fixed the door handles so they are all functioning for privacy in rooms. We responded immediately when you messaged and offered to send Nespresso capsules but did not receive a response. We will ensure that future guests have them available for use. Thank you for the feedback, this helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Excellent house for kids and beach fun

My family and I had the perfect stay in Brigantine at Ted and Anna's beach home. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to all our request and questions. The house was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and my two toddlers. The house was equipped with everything needed for kids and my boys loved all the toys stocked at the house. Great kitchen to cook, bedrooms spacious and comfortable, and the house stayed very cool and comfortable even in a heat wave! The location to the beach was amazing, and it was so helpful the house was stocked with beach essentials (wagon, toys, chairs, cabana). We loved sitting out in the backyard to relax, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We definitely hope to be back!

Great stay

This charming house was perfect for our week in Brigantine. It may look small, but had more than enough room inside and outside for my family of 5 adults and dog. Kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped. Location is great. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 1 mile from the golf course. Easy walk (wagon, chairs, towels and beach tags provided!) to the lifeguarded beach.
