In the heart of Little Rock is located this lovely 3-bedroom vacation home. Nestled just a short 12-minute drive from the Simmons Bank Arena and 6 minutes from both the War Memorial Stadium and the Little Rock Zoo, this property offers the perfect home base for your Arkansas adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances, invites you to unleash your inner chef and prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside and fire up the grill for an alfresco dining experience.

Unwind in the comfort of the two bathrooms, complete with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. Keep your wardrobe fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. And for the little ones, a baby gate and a travel crib are available to ensure a comfortable stay. Request gate or baby items prior to check in.

The primary bed is a king and has a view of the garden with a walk out space with a small table to sip your morning coffee. The primary bath has a double slipper tub big enough for two. The other bath has a great shower with body sprays with soft fluffy towels.
We believe in high thread count sheets, luxury bedding and soft beds. We want your stay to be comfortable.

When it's time to venture out, you'll find a wealth of entertainment options nearby, from the games and activities for kids to the outdoor play area and fire pit. And if you need to stay connected, the property offers free WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer. The garage can hold two cars. There is a lower clearance so a pickup truck won't fit in the garage. There is a plug to charge a car overnight if car charging is required. there is some reconstruction in the neighborhood From a tornado last year but it's mainly finished. Our insurance requires that we receive a copy of the renters drivers license or passport. We do not allow unnamed guests.

We rented this home for several doctors appointments since we live in South Arkansas. There were 4 of us and we had a lot of room to do our own thing. The house was very clean, well sourced with kitchenware, and bathroom needs. The showers and tub was my daughter's highlight. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again.

We would not stay here again. This house did not have a working refrigerator in the home and the owner talked in circles and repeatedly told us someone would come out to fix. The owner even threatened to turn the water off during a winter storm because she was afraid her pipes would bust. We had to insist that she could not do that while we were staying at the home. We had two small children with us and unfortunately never felt comfortable here. The only thing good about this property is the location.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry that your stay felt uncomfortable, especially while traveling with young children. During your stay, the built-in refrigerator unexpectedly failed. Within 24 hours, we had a full-size replacement refrigerator delivered and installed in the attached garage so you would have uninterrupted food storage while waiting on the manufacturer’s part. We also issued a $200 refund for the inconvenience. Regarding the winter storm, our intent was to explain a standard freeze-prevention option that is sometimes used in extreme cold. When you preferred not to use it, we fully respected that decision and confirmed the alternative approach of letting the water drip overnight. At no point was water shut off during your stay. We regret that this situation impacted your comfort. Since then, we have taken additional steps to prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate your comments and wish you well in your travels.

We stayed at this property while our kitchen was being remodeled. The location is great and the property has potential but it would require maintenance of broken appliances and a deep cleaning. One of the double ovens were not working upon our arrival. Door knobs were falling off the doors, outlets in the house don’t work, air vents and dishwasher were both filthy. There was built up grime on cabinets and kitchen back splash. The bathroom toilets were not clean. The biggest thing was the refrigerator inside the house went out on the second day of our arrival. A replacement refrigerator located in the garage was provided (which it arrived extremely dirty and we had to clean) We were required to walk up and downstairs to get to the garage refrigerator. We were repeatedly told that it would be fixed and was not.

Beautiful relaxing home.

I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Little Rock for a few days. It is beautiful and well stocked. The beds are really comfortable and there is space for everyone. We enjoyed being able sit comfortably and visit after a long day working at out event.

Very nice place

This property was wonderful. The host was very nice and communicated all things very well. The house is an older home but very well kept. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The thing I loved most were all the “extras” that most hosts don’t think of. This host went out of their way to provide all the comforts from home. Definitely will stay again.

White Oak at the Rock

Everything was as advertised. Great home in great location… to all venues visited and restaurants. The garage access made unloading and loading much easier. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and ice maker was a great item to have. We had 5 guests in the home and would recommend this to any similar gtoup.

Great Location, Great Owner, Great Experience.

This property is conveniently located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with how cozy and well stocked the home was. The bathroom and kitchen remodels that occurred are top notch. You won't be disappointed. The owner of the property does an excellent job communicating in a timely manner. You can tell they have worked hard to create a great experience throughout the entire process. We hope to stay here again next time we visit the Little Rock area.

Weekend family time

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to a lot of things we wanted to do.. We had an 18 month old and there was a baby gate for the steps which we were thankful for. The house had lots of fluffy towels and everything was very clean. It was so perfect for my husband and I and our daughter’s family. Would definitely stay here again

I can't praise this property enough. The humble exterior doesn't reflect the (my guess) $150,000 make over the interior has received. Thick with quality, appointments, and craft it is spectacular. Never praised an VRBO like this before.
