OCEAN VIEWS from this ADORABLE 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo, just steps away from the ocean. This clean, top floor condo is located right smack in the middle of the majestic Carolina Beach north end, with the harbor on one side and the Carolina Beach beautiful big blue sea on the other. The view from the condo balcony is Amazing. Water views from right and left of this condo. It will for sure immerse you in the water front. The salty air will work to calm your soul. You may never want to leave. While sitting on the balcony of this condo you can enjoy watching boats and paddle boarders come and go to CB all day long. You may even get a glimpse of the dolphin that are regularly in the harbor. The breathtaking sunsets along with the early morning sunrises over the Atlantic will help set you at peace. This condo is just steps from the ocean, one block from the harbor, one block from your local market where you can grab any last minute items for the day. This cute corner beachie market also serves delicious local coffee, burgers to breakfast burritos. The paddle board /kayak rental venue is also at this same location. This condo encourage you to relax and just beach it for the day or motivate you to try some water sport fun on the harbor. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is close and great for all ages for a night of fun on the town. Carolina Beach has numerous family owned local restaurants to choose from. Great food, donuts and ice cream, not to mention, the incredible civil war history of the island and the NC Aquarium is a short drive down the road.This condo also allows greats options to enjoy a quiet dinner cooked in your very own kitchen. The condo has utensils - coffee maker to wineglasses. Don’t forget a washer and dryer, to help pack lighter, and two assigned parking spots. Come and visit you will not be disappointed!!!

Great place, great stay!

Condo was clean, comfortable bed and furniture, and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Such a cute place, and a great location. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our long weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

Dancing on the beach!

Small but comfortable condo with great views of ocean and harbor. North facing so sun or shade can be had with sunrises and sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Love the decor, comfort and function of the spaces. Great restaurants to explore and indulge! We hope to return for another stay!

Overall this was a good property. Some of the kitchen items were definitely outdated, but the necessities were there. It was just a brief walk to the beach which was awesome and not far from the boardwalk, restaurants, and other activities.

Perfect piece of paradise

I found this precious hideaway to be the perfect place to prepare myself for a difficult upcoming surgery. The condo was immaculate, had everything I needed, and was simply charming. The hostess was wonderful , super accommodating, and stayed in touch with me throughout my days there. Being able to walk right out to the beach , breathe in the salty air , have my breakfast outside on the patio table and see the ocean. I will definitely be going back and staying again!! I would HIGHLY recommend this gem to anyone. Everything was just perfect :)

Beautiful spot for a weekend getaway!

This place is perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway or a small family outing. It’s location is perfect, as it’s close to the marina and a 2 minute walk to the public beach access. It’s also an easy walk to the boardwalk for all the activities located there. The deck allows gorgeous views of the sunset over the marina and the sunrise over the ocean. It’s decorated beautifully, and the host has provided everything possibly needed for a beach vacation! The host is very responsive to any questions the renter may have, and extremely nice and easy to work with. We will definitely visit this spot again!!

Local vacationing in their home town

This place is a GEM!! It’s located on the north end of the island which is a lot more quiet and less busier than other parts of the island but is less than a mile away from the boardwalk where most of the restaurants and entertainment is located. The condo is located on the top floor so you literally step out the front door to see the sunrise AND the sunset!! The place itself was very clean and well kept. Parking was great. Communication with owner was great. Also felt the condo itself was more spacious than what I expected for a 1 bedroom beach condo. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I really loved staying here. Views both directions, cute little deck. Well maintained outside of the building. Very quiet outside. The inside of the condo was super clean and well decorated! The furniture was very comfortable. The bed was cozy, not a typical “rental property” bed, it felt like a hotel!! The owner was on top of messaging me when I had questions. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
