As soon as you arrive, this private retreat welcomes you with glistening gulf views and comfortable accommodations. The main great room is spacious and sunny, encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas. As a corner unit, the living room features two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the beach. It feels almost as if those emerald-colored waves were inside the room with you! A set of sliding glass doors accesses a balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. It’s the perfect spot to watch the waves while sipping a cocktail and chatting with friends or family. Inside the living room, shiplap walls and colorful décor give off a distinct coastal feel. A gray queen-size sleeper sofa faces a flatscreen TV atop a beach-washed credenza. A geometric patterned accent chair provides additional seating.

Hardwood floors flow into the dining area, which includes a circular table surrounded by six slipcovered chairs. The setup is situated beside two pelican paintings and beneath a coral-inspired chandelier. Next to the table, there is a wet bar with a sink and glass-front cabinets. An open kitchen with an angled bar and stool seating overlooks the dining room. The kitchen features gleaming countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.

The condo has three bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a bench seat that enjoy incredible beach views from floor-to-ceiling windows. A mirrored wall accentuates the spaciousness, while a sliding glass door opens onto the shared balcony. The room has its own private bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanities, and mirrored walls. Both of the guest bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Each has a queen-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, and a sunny window.

When booking a stay at Jade East Towers, guests enjoy access to a variety of top-notch vacation amenities. One of these is a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a waterfall and hot tub nearby. The pool is surrounded by a sundeck, lounge chairs, and palm trees. BBQ grills are available for outdoor cookouts. Other amenities include tennis courts, a fitness room, and beach access.
