My reviews speak for themselves young man. To the vacationers reading this review, this man threatened me three times and I still accommodated him for a night and offered him a partial refund if he would leave the next day (which he accepted by the way). He should have been thrown out that very night for threatening my life, not once, not twice, but three times at a minimum. My home was immaculate as it always is when I have vacationers (to be completely transparent, I had one request to clean a stain on my carpet by a previous vacationer and I had a carpet cleaner arrive immediately after they enjoyed their time at the home). My best guess is that he saw an African American concierge, it was not to his preference. I am going to request this review be removed; not only because it is false, but because I politely asked him not to smoke in the home while he was vacationing. He became very irate and said he had permission. Anyone reading this, I apologize that you had to witness a unwarranted poor review; but be assured that it does not reflect the cleanliness, nor does it reflect the customer service that Earl received. Earl, the only thing creepy is the entitlement you felt to threaten a gentleman in a home that was not yours. It was creepy that I provided you outstanding service despite your inappropriate verbal assault and disrespectful behavior the entire time you were in the home. Shame on you Earl; and I hope that any owner of decency refuses to rent to you in the future unless you change your behavior. You should not be allowed in a person's barn. Even animals deserve more respect than that. Good day sir.
