My cousin, our spouses and I had the best time here. Super clean, well equipped and new appliances in the kitchen. I canât say enough good things about our stay. Trina was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Check in and out were simple and fast. If ever looking for a quiet out of the way beautiful stay, this is the place!
Beautiful property! We loved our stay and it was the perfect location to visit family. The kitchen is a wonderful spot to prepare meals and fellowship. Outdoor swing was a nighttime treat with beautiful view of the point. The comfortable living room created a relaxing feel of the home. Spotting local wildlife and catching a few catfish off the pier was a bonus. Hoping to go back for the holiday season...
The property was perfect. Very clean and we love the outdoor space. It was nice having the split systems where you could individually control the temperature in each room. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had a great stay in this lovely house. Very clean and comfortable, and very well stocked. The hosts are super friendly and hospitable. Nice, quiet little town as well.
The place was wonderful. There was plenty of room inside and outside for us to mingle. We didnât feel cramped. Everything we needed was here and Food Lion was 5 minutes away. My family is talking about making it a yearly trip only in more favorable circumstances. They want to come back to this property.
Very nice home - updated kitchen and overall aesthetic
We really enjoyed the home. Wonderful, Big kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful light and airy interior design with wonderful touches. New bathrooms and well air conditioned. Nice to be right on the water. Not the nicest neigborhood, but once inside you forget all about that. Great host that was very responsive.
This house is amazing. Everything was prefect. The kitchen is out of this world.
I felt right at home when I first walked in. The is very clean. Trina you can come decorate my house anytime. Everything was just beautiful. I will definitely be visiting again and again.
I canât say enough about how perfect the house, location, our host Trina, and the list goes on and on!! House is spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean and an amazing kitchen. Patio is also perfection and great for relaxing and enjoying family/friends. This will be our regular place when visiting Baltimore!! 10/10!
My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful waterfront home. The house was immaculate and so spacious and comfortable. Trina was so thoughtful and made sure every amenity was available to us. There really wasnât anything we were missing. I highly recommend staying here and we canât wait to come back!
Tom and Trina went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are amazing hosts! The house was so clean and comfortable. The gorgeous kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need. We didnât get to enjoy the patio and furniture outside because of the weather but our boys LOVED fishing and crabbing off the dock. It was a perfect vacation! The little town is cute and friendly. We are already planning a trip back!
The house is exactly what we needed for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas! We sold our home in November and moved to SC. We wanted to keep with our tradition of gathering together on the first Saturday after the New Year to celebrate our Christmas. After contact with the owner and researching the property we chose to go with this listing. We could not believe our eyes when we walked into the house. It literally had the kitchen and family room of our dreams! Absolutely perfect for our children and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. We were in constant contact with the owners and they couldnât have been more kind and helpful. There was plenty of room and it just felt like a second home. We will definitely use this property for our yearly Christmas celebration.
Exceptional property! So clean, relaxing and beautifully decorated. Wow! It was the perfect landing spot for us during graduation weekend for our daughter. The kitchen was a chef's dream and well-appointed. We also enjoyed the custom outdoor charcoal grill and bayside dining table. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. It is just a short, easy drive from Baltimore and the D.C. area. The prompt and kind communication from the host was so appreciated. Truly a fantastic experience all the way around. Should we ever visit the Baltimore area again, we would book this property again in a heartbeat. (One note for those of you traveling with mobility concerns: there is no entrance into the home without using stairs. It was not a problem for us at all, but I often travel with my elderly parents and they would have had difficulty navigating the steep stairs.)
Comfortable. Modern. Kitchen was a bit of a disappointment (more pretty than functional, with finicky appliances). But beds comfortable, bathrooms got the job done, and outdoor area worthy (although our winter stay didn't lend itself to a great deal of use). Close to grocery store and our destination (my family's residences), so great for our purposes.
This is the second year I celebrated my birthday at this beautiful home and just like last time, everything was perfect. The house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a true getaway and we felt at home. We might have to plan a âjust becauseâ trip to make our way back to this hidden little gem.
There wasnât anything we didnât love about this property. It was a great size, very inviting, up to date and comfortable. The kitchen is exquisite! We didnât have a chance to use the outside amenities, but looked/felt just the same. I would 100% stay here again.
My husband Tom a Tugboat Captain by trade and myself are proud parents of 5 Children and 5 grandchildren. We are natives to the area and love to spend time with our family and friends and love to travel.
This home is named Vaito's Villa after the man who lived here and made gave this house the character that it has. He added on this Sunken Family Dining Area in the 1970's giving it a mid century vibe with the curved lighted cieling and the gorgeous fireplace. We had so much fun bringing it up to date with modern touches and a Gourment Kitchen. Mr Vaito also made the double charcoal grill still with the original 1970's grills.
The Uniqueness of this property is that it has a pier and right next to a Marina that sells ice and fuel. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching boaters go by. We also see lots of Blue Heron and ducks and geese and occasional eagle. We are 20 minutes to Baltimore and Johns Hopkins Hospital and about 40/45 minutes to the Naval Acadamey. We are also with in 10 minutes to a Beach at North Point State Park and waterfront Restaurants like Dock of the Bay which over looks the Millers Island lighthouse and Tiki Lees with a beach vibe.
