We can't wait to host you in our lovely 3 Bedroom Cottage along Cherokee Lake! Enjoy relaxing days strolling around the tranquil lake or discover some of the numerous hiking trails before returning to our comfortable space to unwind with friends and family.

Our 1,019 sq.ft. cottage includes:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed and 1 Bunk bed
• 2 Bathroom: Towels are included.
• Living Area: Sofa, and satellite TV
• Kitchen: Coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, and dishes
• Back Porch: Charcoal grill, picnic table, and amazing view of the lake.

You're sure to enjoy your stay in our relaxing cottage! Additional amenities include:

• Keep your clothes clean with our in-suite washer and dryer
• Charcoal grill for a nice evening bbq

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Off the Hook Lakeside Bar and Grill, a 16-minute drive away. Pick up your groceries from Food City, 15 minutes away! Our space is close to Morristown and Knoxville if you would like to enjoy some shopping. Pack a picnic and enjoy a relaxing stroll around the beautiful lake! You can stop at the picnic areas. Spend the day enjoying some of the numerous hiking or biking trails!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please note that we have a camera on the back porch to make sure you arrive safely and our property stays secure.
• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: While we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues in accordance with our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
• Our space is lakefront, however, the water levels change throughout the year, so the distance to the lake may increase in drier months
• Shampoo is not provided
• Please note that the water level of the lake usually recedes between mid-September and May
• Enjoy the charcoal grill provided! Please bring your own charcoal as none is provided on-site
• Enjoy free Wi-Fi! Please note that it is slower and more limited due to the rural location
• Please note that lawn mowing occurs every Wednesday during the summer
