Our 4 acre property is located on the shore of Norris Lake. We are located very close to Cumberland Gap National Park and Woodlake Golf Course. Dollywood located in Pigeon Forge and beautiful Gatlinburg is a short, enjoyable drive from our home. Please email for the best directions and our suggestions for things to do, see, and eat!

Our rustic lakefront home has been completely remodeled with a ton of new additions. This property has a private drive all the way to the very large private dock. The home has a brand new eat in kitchen with new appliances and a new screened in porch overlooking beautiful Norris Lake. All bathrooms have been completely remodeled and the house features new flooring and furniture as well. The property offers around 3 acres of flat land to enjoy along with a volleyball and basketball court! A hot tub is located off of the master bedroom/living room and there is more than enough parking available for your family. The property is perfectly located in a no wake zone across from Cedar Grove Marina so swimming and fishing is ideal!

Located just one mile off of state highway 33!

Not happy with the dock

Enjoyed the house but not so much the dock We realize the lake dropped sooner and quicker this year. We could utilize the dock as we should one of the owners sent someone to look at it. Thats the last i heard about it.when i asked about a discount of some sort i was told he didnt have to do what little he did do. So very disappointed

Beautiful Location/Great Home

We loved the location of this home. The inside of the house has everything needed to make for a very enjoyable week at the lake. The outside could use a little cleaning up such as a net on the basketball hoop, the gas grill really needed cleaning and a nicer fire pit area would be ideal. We loved the dock area and it’s perfect to park a boat, but the ladder off the dock really needs replaced. The owner Josh is very quick to assist with any questions. He also had the gas grill tank replaced in under 2 hours. Parking was perfect for our 3 vehicles with plenty of room for additional cars. We loved the fence around the property so we didn’t worry about kids or dogs getting too close to the lake. I would recommend this place, especially if you are accommodating a few families. We had 6 adults and 5 kids.

Wonderful Family Time

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation at Norris Lake in June 2024!! The home was big enough for our joint family vacation. All of the rooms were large and spacious enough for spending time together and we had enough room to spread out when needed. We rented 2 boats and had a blast on the water!

Great Vacation Home

This vacation home was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. The house offers plenty of room. The kitchen island is a great gathering place. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch as well. The fenced in yard which is definitely hard to find on the lake was perfect for the kids and the dogs. We appreciated being able to park our boat trailer at the house and having use of the garage. The location is easy to get to and still close enough to go into town for anything you may need. The walk to the dock is not as challenging as some homes with lots of steps to the lake. Any questions we had were quickly answered and we appreciated that. We definitely enjoyed making lake house memories and hope to return next year!

Amazing

This property was perfect for a few days on Lake Norris. The dock was easily accessible and was large enough for us to park 2 waverunners, an 18' Lund fishing boat, and a 23' tritoon. The accommodations in the house were also excellent. Everyone was very comfortable and had just the most wonderful time. Being around the corner from Cedar Grove Marina gives immediate access to fuel and supplies. We rented from them and they were wonderful! The toon was awesome and even had a bathroom onboard. The waverunners were a blast. This was all together a fantastic experience and I am thankful for the easy communication with the property owner. Take advantage of this place if you are planning to travel to Lake Norris.

Great House. Mediocre Cleaning Crew.

This home & property are as described with a fence for pets & children. The water access & dock are fantastic! Note that driving a boat through the marina houses was a little tricky though. Josh's communication was outstanding. He alerted us to a potential issue with the coffee maker and delivered a high-quality replacement the first morning! At that time, we discussed a gnat infestation. Josh was unaware of it, and we agreed that even if treated on Monday, we would not benefit before our departure. I am confident he will see to it. The gnats, however, made time in the kitchen nearly intolerable. We were able to clear them from the baths, but the kitchen was futile. Also, upon arrival the refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen had to be cleaned and disinfected. Long white dog hair was found on the floors & the sofa, & plenty of spider/cobwebs hung in the windows & at the ceilings. The house is huge which is great, but it may not be so great for the cleaning person(s). They may need more help. The home is sound for sleeping with plenty of space for early risers, too. It would be ideal for gatherings of family/friends! The fence is also ideal to keep the immediate neighbor's dog at bay from children & pets; however, the dog seemed quite friendly. Although disappointed in our visit, cleaning can be fixed!

Spacious & Comfy

This house fit our group, which included a lot of teenagers, and we appreciated the screened-in porch, particularly because most the week was rainy. It's worth noting that while the dock area is quiet, your view is looking out onto a lot of little houseboats. It's also worth noting that there are definitely neighbor dogs that are not mean but quite intimidating and very assertive (one jumped on my sister's back while walking). Thankfully, the host has been brilliantly reactive to the accurate feedback about this and there is a fence around a large perimeter of the property, which was incredibly helpful with our dogs. We would definitely come back, hopefully with better weather!

Cape Norris House

Great spacious house that worked well with our daughters and their families (six adults, 5 kids) plenty of room to spread out. Each family had a bathroom to their self and we loved the screened pourch. The ease and amount of parking was phenomenal, that left room for the kids to play with bikes and scooters.

This property is beautiful. The house is perfect for a large family vacation. Plenty of parking space and a nice walk down to the lake. The dock is very nice with room for boats, kayaks, and all the lake toys! We’ve stayed at other lake houses on Norris, but this one is our favorite!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful lake house. Our group of 11 adults and a yorkiepoo had a fantastic week. Check-in/out was a breeze and Josh was very quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed the new fence around the property! It was nice to be able to let our dog out off the leash to enjoy the yard.

Successful Friends Reunion

House is beautiful and spacious. It has a large dining room table to play cards and games beside eating together and a large screened in porch to hang out. We rented a boat from the marina across the way. The lake was amazing. This was everyone's favorite location. It was a restful and peaceful week of bliss; fishing, boating, swimming, and just chilling.

Dolly World and Papa visit

The property was extremely well maintained, very clean and an incredible setting for our visit! We spent hours outside between the boat dock fishing and swimming and in the screened in porch. Our first few days we went to Dolly’ parks and then came to the lake to unwind and catch up with our Tennessee family. We would absolutely recommend this property and will be back and hopefully this property is available. The access to the lake is one of the best we saw after spending a day touring the lake on the pontoon boat we rented across the way from the house. The property owner even allows you to drive a vehicle to the dock which if you have people needing assistance is a great way that they can still participate with family.

Awesome family get-a-way

Beautiful home! This place was amazing. We had 13 people from 2 yrs to 79 yrs old. Everyone had enough room to do what they wanted to do. The kitchen is HUGE! All the bedrooms were comfy & cozy. The screened in porch was great to hang out in. Josh was quick with a response to any questions we had. The water level was low so there was plenty of fossil hunting & climbing on the rocks. We rented a boat from Cedar Grove Marine LLC that was right around the corner from the house. Had a picnic lunch on a island on Norris Lake. We would highly recommend this home for your Norris Lake get-a-way.

Spring break family visit close to LMU.

Absolutely beautiful property, plenty of space for a family gathering. Well stocked kitchen, double ovens, state of the art appliances. A perfect home away from home for our visit, very close to LMU for our student to move in for a few days. The house is conveniently located a mile off Hwy 33, great access north to The Gap, and south for a visit to Knoxville. The property has a east slope down to the lake, no stairs. There is also room to bring a boat. The owners are fabulous, local and very responsive. We would 100% rent this property again!

Family Christmas Gathering

My family and I rented this place to all be able to get together for our Christmas gathering because we live in 3 different states and it was hard to find something with us having our dogs, Well 4 of us got into town a day early so I contacted Josh just to ask if we could possibly check in early the next day and he replied absolutely no problem and offered for us to check in that day if we would like at a discounted rate being that it was so late. The place was absolutely amazing, the hosts were great and very nice people. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know I will definitely be trying to go back but in the summer or fall so we can enjoy the lake. It was way too cold to go near it this time.
