The room was perfect for us n 2 teenager boys, beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, we wanted for nothing, nvr heard families door. Clean beach, ocean veiw was perfect to see the dolphins all day everyday. The host walked us through every step along the trip, cant say enough good things about Faith n our room, perfect week at the beach!!

Great place with great views

Great condo with great views of the sunrise over the ocean from both bedrooms and the living room. We were able hear the ocean waves and watch the dolphins right from the condo as we were waiting for everyone to get ready for the day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great location

Quiet end of the boardwalk and beach. Life guard stand was right in front of the hotel and this end of the beach was less crowded than other blocks. This unit was well stocked, clean, and renovated beautifully. Would stay again!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin. The condo is on the quiet end of the boardwalk, yet still accessible to everything. Being on an upper floor provided great views of the ocean. Management and ownership were responsive to any needs and issues, and the condo staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The unit was as stated and the views awesome. The major issues were blinds didn’t properly operate, need minor repairs such as loose wallpaper and corking showers. the building code was changed that prohibited us from entering- without noticing us. Host didn’t respond to any messages.

Beautiful Vacation

It was a beautiful condo!!!! More than we were expecting! It was a much needed vacation, and the condo was gorgeous. Thank you so much for having me and my family. I think the only thing I was surprised about was no sheets or towels, but the manager at the condos told me there is a service you can hire to bring in sheets and towels. Thank you so much and I really hope to come back.

Our stay in Virginia Beach

The condo was perfect for our vacation and location was great. Had some issues with the wifi password that didn’t work. Had to call the support line of the carrier. They were very helpful but you need to ensure you have a current wifi password on the welcome brochure when checking in. Quiet and very nice to have the amazing view of the ocean. Would recommend this condo

Second stay - disappointed

Stayed here 2 yrs ago and the condo was very clean. Gave a 5 star. This visit however was very disappointing. There were several maintenance repairs needed. Had not been vacuumed or dusted. We rented this condo for location and being on the 14th floor for the views. We loved sitting on the balcony but unfortunately this visit it was totally disgusting covered in bird poop! For the price we expected more. Don’t think we will give it a third time. It’s too bad that it has not been maintained.

Comfortable Condo

This condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well appointed. However, there were a few small details that took away from the overall experience and could be fixed easily. A hinge on one of the cabinet doors was completely unattached, the screen door was very difficult to open, the air conditioner in the living room was leaking and looks like it had been that way for a long time, the drink fridge didn't actually fit under the countertop, the remotes for the bedroom fans didn't work, the window treatments in the living room and master were broken, and the king sized bed in the master only had a full size comforter on it. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Our daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, especially if the minor maintenance issues are resolved.

Disappointing

The only good thing about Dolphin Run is the location. Other than that, I cannot recommend it. 1. Charged a $75 early check-in fee to check in 57 minutes early after driving 8+ hours with a 2 yo. Hoped/asked for mercy; shown none. 2. Unit was dirty upon arrival. Dust all over walls, peeling wallpaper. Clearly, there's no oversight of requiring renters to clean at check out. (I have pics.) 3. Drawer pull came off in GBR. Chain on toilet in GBA kept coming off repeatedly. 4. Maintenance asked on Sat. of our Wed-Wed trip to stop using master BA shower b/c it was leaking into unit below. He used painter's caulk instead of plumber's caulk so it didn't fully dry before we left, taking out that shower for most of the trip. 5. Wifi is TERRIBLE. It was out more than it worked. We had to use our cell phones as hot spots. 6. Little-to-no A/C in halls and elevators. It was very uncomfortable on super hot days. Those are the most egregious issues we encountered. There are more. It's a shame. I had high hopes, but I was incredibly let down.
