Welcome to the beach! Whether it's business or pleasure that brings you to Virginia Beach, Dolphin Run Condominiums is the perfect place to be. We are located on the world's longest pleasure beach and if you didn't know, Virginia Beach's boardwalk is award winning.
You'll find this South Beach facility absolutely beautiful. Our condominiums are all suites available in several sizes, with our largest sleeping 8 comfortably. We are positive you will find the perfect beach condominium to suit your needs! Dolphin Run's oceanfront condo-suites offer luxurious 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for short-term rent of 3 nights or more. All are individually decorated by the owner and completely furnished (except for linens, towels, cleaning supplies and paper products).
Each condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, (including microwave ovens). All condominiums have internet WI-FI access. Our large contemporary lobby overlooks the boardwalk with incredible views of the beach and oceanfront. Relax and take in the view, or find a quiet spot to read or utilize the WI-FI. We also offer on-site reserved parking, two elevators, laundry facilities, and 24-hour security. With our rooftop sundeck, indoor heated salt water pool and fitness center, there is always something to keep you comfortable and entertained.
If you've stayed in this condo before, you know every year something new has been done! This condo features an all new stainless steel appliance package, and new laminate flooring through out. It also features beautiful granite counters in the kitchen, with an open breakfast nook. Additionally both bathrooms have been renovated with the hall bathroom featuring a walk in shower. This condo is made for vacationing!

Linens, parking and cleanliness

The views and location were great. But we found some dust on top of the furniture (entertainment area and interior decoration). I had to clean those areas upon the arrival. And towels and linen were not included. Because I did not know it had to be ordered ahead, we didn’t have linens and towels on the first day. Parking is for only one car and this really inconvenient us. I will not return here for sure.

Everything was as it was advertised easy access for elderly mother and my aunt beautiful view of the ocean. They had a great time catching up reminiscing and making new memories.

5 Star vacation unit

This was a perfect unit and location for our family on a long weekend. Everything was clean and ready for us and the view of the beach could not have been any better.

So many mixed emotions.

I’ll start with the good…the condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family! Now things where we go downhill… 1. Do not count on any response from the Host. I messaged twice about check in, only to receive radio silence. We knew we would get in late and I wanted to make sure they knew. After 3 hours of no response we called the “Host” which was a 3rd party security company that said they could let us in. At least now we knew we could get in. 2. I also messaged about check out instructions and again no response. 3 Read EVERY word of the “about this property”. Linens are NOT included. I thought I had read the details on the property but turns out I missed the very bottom of the description. We learned this at 1:00 am after we checked in and had no towels or bed sheets. I called the front desk and again the 3rd party security could not help us. After a 7 hour drive, going to WalMart was not an option. We made do and called the front desk at 8:30 am only to not have someone answer. After trying twice, I walked down to the front desk, only to be told she couldn’t help me. only the property manager could. She had no idea when she would be in, so we went on to have a late breakfast. I tried again and finally got a phone call back after leaving a second message, only to find out the rentals are through a third party. It would be MUCH better to put this information in red and in bold letters at the top of the rental. Don’t expect communication and bring your own linens.

Beautiful condo

This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! All the amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect too right on the boardwalk within walking distance to some great restaurants. The view is outstanding too!

Enjoyable visit!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our recent stay at Dolphin Run. The unit was very clean and spacious. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful. The assigned parking space was convenient, but quite tight, even with a smaller vehicle. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Overall somewhere we would stay again, or recommend to others!

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at while visiting VA beach. The staff was very friendly. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The view was amazing.

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and located right on the boardwalk. So convenient to the beach. The lady at the desk was always friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommed this condo if you locking for a great place to vacation.

Great stay!

Great location at south end of beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, though we do not cook on vacation. The weather was unusually cold during our stay but we enjoyed our time away.

Great location, good size, bugs

The property was in a great location, amenities were good, size was perfect. Had some major issues with insects, an overdose of cleaning product in fridge that made it difficult to use, and some difficulties with communication with the property managers both before the trip (some inaccurate info given over phone) and while there (mainly maintenance related). But would go back and stay in same condo, it was lovely and my family enjoyed it.
