This one-bedroom condo (Building3) is located at the South end of the Island and was completely remodeled. There is a full walk-in shower with a BONUS powder room (additional vanity and sink) connected to the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to make your meals at home after a busy day on the beach, and you'll love the screened-in lanai for relaxing over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. (The lanai also offers sliding glass doors to separate you from the elements if you have hot or rainy days--making for lots of entertainment space no matter what the weather!) The complex is just 2 miles from the Publix grocery store, and there is a CVS Pharmacy just 900 Steps away and soon to be reopening Santini Plaza with its shops, restaurants, and farmers market is just steps away.
