Welcome to Sungate, a small 125 unit, friendly, gated community with lush landscaping year around. We rent January - December by the month or at least 3 weeks. Many of the owners in the complex are Snowbirds from around the US and Canada, so happy hour around the pool in the Winter is a fabulous gathering place to meet and greet regular owners and guest that you will see year after year. The complex is very central to all the amenities Phoenix has to offer. If sports is your thing then you might want to attend any of the Pro Sports such as NFL, NHL, NBA Major League Baseball or Phoenix Open Golf and turf Paradise Horse Track just a mile up the street. All these events can be had within a 20-30 minute drive. Sky Harbor International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive as is Scottsdale. The Comerica Theatre and all the down town restaurants and events are just 20 minutes away. You can also catch the light-rail just south of the complex and leave the driving to the City of Phoenix Light Rail Transportation System. That begins just 2 miles south and save the driving to them. It takes you all the way to Mesa if you choose, or just go downtown to a play, go to the various theatres at the Herberger, Comerica Theatre and the Phoenix Symphony. Have dinner all within walking distance in the down-town/up-town sector. There are also events at Talking Stick Venue which is the Basketball Stadium for the Phoenix Suns. There is so much to do in this downtown area as well as the whole state, 3 lakes within 1 hour or less away, Cave Creek and Carefree for a day-trip to shop and eat and great restaurants, Tempe Town Lake where the Arizona State University Sun Devils are located; these are just a few places you might want to venture to sight see and have an easy day-trip.

The clubhouse has both Pool Tables and a Gym newly remodeled. Seasonal Horse Racing, 1 mile away. Cave Creek Golf Course is just 1/4 mile away and there are also 260 additional golf courses in all of Maricopa County. Pool is heated year around with the Hot Tub. Cool decking is all brand new this year as well for the poolside gatherers and swimmers.

The glass dining room seating is equipped for 4-6. There is also a covered numbered parking stall close to the unit.
