Direct ocean front. Floor to ceiling renovation finished in 2010. Features include: French pattern tile, granite counters,
stainless appliances, pillowtop mattresses, 2 LCD TV's, blu-ray player, internet provided. Washer and dryer are onsite but not in unit.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. Please Note: The community will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the coming weeks:
- Painting Project: Starting May 5, 2025, exterior painting will begin on stacks 1–7. Balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to enter the unit to complete this work. You may also notice painters and equipment around the property during this time.
- Pool Closure: The community pool will be closed from May 12–17, 2025 for maintenance and will not be accessible during this period.
We appreciate your understanding as the complex completes these necessary improvements to maintain the quality of your vacation experience.
