There is also Parking in front of unit. There is enough for extra parking. IF any trailers or Boats please let me know so I can get a FREE Parking Pass from the hoa.
There is no fee for applications needed. Since I take my own information and so there is no wait on moving in time frame.

This is a walk in shower in the master bathroom. There is a tub shower combo in guest bathroom,
Both bedrooms have a closet and the master bedroom has an extra closet.
There is a sliding glass door leading to the porch on back and a sliding glass door also in the living room also leading to the back porch.
From the back porch is a door to a laundry room enclosed and storage .

The kitchen is quartz countertops and dishwasher and garbage disposal and ice maker and above stove microwave new.
The floors are all tile with large tile new and unique designed. The shower and the tub walls are also beautifully tiled walls. The bathroom vanities are new and so is the toliets .
New Furniture Sets and living room couch and dining area.

This is in Rotonda West Florida on BOUNDARY BLVD.

This is a large lot on a canal. There is no fence so please no swimming in the canal. There could be alligators etc. So if you fish there are rules of the Rotonda West that you would need to follow for fishing etc.

This is a very luxurious location where it is upkept and maintained very well. The entire area has very expensive houses throughout the neighborhood. As the location is not far to the beaches and golf courses. We’re shopping and restaurants are close by and in middle so can go to Venice or Sarasota or Englewood or boca grand and port Charlotte.

There is a driveway for unit A and unit B seperate. You have own mail box. The area in Rotonda West is close to Walmart super center maybe 10 mins away. There is also 776 the main road that will take you easily into Venice or port Charlotte and if wanting quick access to the interstate then taking River Road exit will allow you to enter into north port easily off of Winchester. You can get into North port faster or if want to go to interstate that is best method.

This property is rented during Season, It is also rented non season for a half year lease if wanted. I have a total of 4 units duplexes and several condos and a house also if looking for Port Charlotte area .Or Rotonda West .
