BRAND NEW CABO PENTHOUSE CONDO with MEDANO BEACH VIEWS, MARINA VIEWS, AMAZING SUNRISES and a PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK with more amazing views! This condo has 2 bedrooms both with new king beds and a private outdoor living space with some of the most incredible views in Cabo. Enjoy 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer and dryer and air conditioning. Itâs a 5 minute Uber ride to the famous Cabo marina, restaurants, mall, shopping & nightlife. Great value in paradise!
Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am. Upon arrival our property manager, Juan Blanco, will meet you at the unit, assist carrying luggage and groceries and orient you to our condo and the complex. He is available during your stay for any emergencies or questions about the condo.
Our condo complex and security does not allow any visitors beyond the registered guests.

We are the Trombi's and this is our second purchase in Cabo. We have been renting out cabins and condo's for over 15 years. We first went to Cabo in 2021 and fell in love and purchased our Miro Condo. Then our developer offered us a great deal on this condo pre-construction. Everything is brand new! You will love the quality furnishings and you will love our property manager, Juan Blanco, who will assist you during your stay!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The neighborhood is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and to many of the local restaurants we love to go to. Yet it is far enough away so you don't have the noise of the night clubs in the evening!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The view is THE BEST is Cabo. Get up and watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. Watch the boats come and go from the marina. The panoramic view of Medano Beach and downtown is breathtaking!
