We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Beach get away

Unit was wonderful, just didn’t look like any work was being done to reopen the outside pool which would just made it that much better.

Cute Cozy Ocean Front Studio

Stay at Donnas place was perfect! This is a cute little studio room with partial ocean view. Unit is decorated very cute! It is very clean. Comes equipped with a king size bed, queen pullout sofa, kitchenette, refrigerator with ice maker and large bathroom with shower/tub. TV has opportunity to be upgraded to a smart TV. Cable channels are awful. A smart tv with netflix/hulu etc. would be nice. Unfortunately the property still had a lot of damage from the hurricane so several amenities were not available however Donna was very upfront about all it before booking. There were actually contractors on aite while I was there completing reservations. The location is walking distance from a publix, shopping plaza and plenty of restaurants. Short drive from the Daytona boardwalk. And the beach is steps from front of the resort! Would definitely stay again !

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was just like the pictures. We were constantly on the go so not having all the amenities wasn’t a let down. We enjoyed walking on the beach.

It was perfect for what we needed.

Property was still under construction from last years hurricane. Air conditioning in the common areas didn't work. 3 light bulbs in the unit need replaced. Tv remote didn't work. It was race weekend so lots of slamming doors and noise from other guest

Weekend Getaway!

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was wonderfully decorated and clean. The beach can be seen from side view from the balcony. We did not cook in but had pretty much anything needed to prepare a meal. The resort itslef is clean and safe. The restaurant was closed during our stay, along with one pool. The inside pool opened back up on our weekend there. The parking lot is being repaired but the resort is not strict with parking just a little of a challenge finding one when its busy. I would recommend this unit as a good stay in Daytona.

Comfy Retreat

Perfect room for 1 or 2 people to retreat and rest after a day of activities. Super clean and quiet corner room so no hallway noise from other guests. Included everything you'd forget if you wanted to fix a meal, all you have to bring are the ingredients.

On hotel website, it says that there is a pool and jackusi, it is not true this is destroyed by the hurricane, there is no access to the beach, you have to enter from the side of the hotel

Loved our experience!

Absolutely loved our stay here. So many positives to list! We will definitely vacation here again, more than likely next year! The only negatives I have is with the resort end not the owner's end. The indoor hot tubs were both out of order and could not be used. The onsite restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. You could get togo orders only on a few select days. We were told it was due to lack of help. Also the tiki bar was closed every night by 6pm, some nites 4pm. The local restaurants were awesome, and we gave them good business while we vacationed.

Very pretty room

I was won over by the warm colored accents of this room & the very pretty bathroom with the nice big counter that felt like home. It just felt cozy & like a little studio rather than a hotel room. I also loved that it had a Keurig that was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would stay again

Everything was provided as listed except the chairs not being usable and one umbrella is broke so come prepared or reserve these. Bed was comfy the room was clean and pretty hopefully we will come back one day 😊

We love that this resort is one of the few on the strip that has all the amenities! No where else will you find the amount of amenities. 3 large swimming pools, large fountain will spill over kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, heated indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, private parking garage, firepit, tiki bar pool side, restaurant, arcade and all located right on the Atlantic Ocean. Directly across the street is all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for! 7.5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and Airport, 2 miles from the Daytona Lagoon and Bandshell and Boardwalk.
