Great Property

This is a great property, clean, kitchen was well supplied, coolers, umbrellas, and the beach gear. The location is great very easy to get from your car to the building and walking to the beach only takes a few minutes.

Ekahi is perfect for us

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean, well maintained, kitchen and bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated and were very nice. It was a nicely furnished and well stocked unit. The kitchen had everything you could need and there were plenty of beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella for the beach as well as a wagon to transport your beach things. The only drawback of this unit for us was the proximity to the busy road. It didn't bother us when we were inside, but we were not ever able to utilize the patio and the nice view because the road noise was so loud. For us, the trade off of the location to the pool and beach and the conditional and cleanliness of the unit, was worth the noise. If you're looking to sit and relax on your deck, this is not the unit for you. We would rent this unit again and just skip the patio.

Place needs a thorough deep clean

The condo needs a thorough deep clean/refresh. The noise from Okolani was not as bad as som reviewers make it sound. However, if you are trying to relax during the day with the windows open, or on the lanai, the noise does not make for a peaceful experience.

Perfect setup!

We love Ekahi and have been many times. This was our first time in this unit. The location was great, very short walk to the quiet pool and not far to the main pool, beach and shared bbq. Other reviews mentioned the road noise so that was not a surprise and the view of the water was worth the sound! The unit is nicely furnished and had everything we needed during our stay. Loved all the tiny touches that made our stay so easy.

Great stay at great location

We love Ekahi and this condo was great. The only issue was that there were not enough pots and pans for cooking. There were plenty of plates, glasses, etc. but not enough pots and pans.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property was lovely. It is modern and well equipped. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beautiful pool and beach was fabulous! The pool pavilion was very nice and provided welcome respite from the sun. We look forward to returning one day!

Ocean View - Kitchen window!

The condo was as advertised, could have used a site map of the property with directions for accessing walking path along the ocean. There was one lanai and it faced the road which was quite noisy during the day, especially early morning. Otherwise, the unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped!

Nice but not quiet

Condo was very well stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen as far as dishes, utensils and definitely wine glasses! For the beach, we appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella. Unfortunately the lanai was not an option for morning coffee or evening cocktails due to the very busy/noisey road running alongside. Also, much to our surprise, it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Hauling luggage up 2 flights of stairs not easy for retired seniors.

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Clean, updated and had all of the amenities we needed. Road noise was loud, especially motorcycles, during the day but very quiet for sleeping at night. The 1 thing I wish the condo had was a sharp knife, otherwise it lacked nothing we needed or wanted. Great stay in Maui!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo in Wailea. The entire space was beautifully renovated and laid out. Fantastic view as well. A bit of road noise when sitting on the lanai but otherwise, a great space. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful unit

We cant say enough good things about the unit. It was so comfortable and just as beautifully decorated as advertised. They had everything you could hope for, almost like being at home! The property is near the main road but very seldom heard anything because of the first class windows and the town of Wailea shuts down around 9:00. We highly recommend this unit and will stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The view from the Lanai is excellent looking towards the ocean. The location is close to one of the quiet pools and a reasonable walk to the pavilion and the beach. If you are someone who spends your time at the pool, pavilion, beach and exploring Maui this is a great condo. If you spend a fair amount of time on your lanai with coffee, meals, reading and playing games be aware of the road noise. The condo is close to the main road from South Kihei to WaileaI give the condo a 5 for everything except location.
