The Space:
This is a modern two-bedroom two-bath condominium located in the 5th floor of a new development in las conchas, still under constructions but that will not counter the experience and relaxation that this new resort offers. Perfect for a family or friends getaway with elevator for an easy access and gated parking with security 24/7.

Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, walk-in closet and has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy. The second bedroom also has a comfy king size bed, nightstand, spacious closet and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The master bathroom has a he and she vanity made out of granite with plenty of mirrors and counter space with a luxury corner shower glass. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with lots of space and storage below, and is a walk in shower with a clear glass door enclosure.

The dining area has a beautiful dining table with modern chairs set to seat 6 people with beautiful views to enjoy meals. The kitchen area has modern cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50 smart tv to enjoy Netflix streaming with amazing views and a pull out bed.

Unit has spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez from the large terrace, close enough to hear the waves crashing. It also has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels and laundry room.

The resort is still under construction but that will not counter the experience and relaxation that this new resort offers. includes 1 main swimming pool (not heated) with built in seats and palapa, 2 small side round pools (not heated), and jacuzzi by the pools is still not heated yet. Charcoal BBQ grills, volleyball court, 24 hours resort security, secure parking on premises, on-site convenience store and lots of entertaining possibilities around the area.
