Great place in quiet neighborhood!

Had a wonderful stay for a long weekend while in town for family highschool graduation event. House was immaculate, furnishings were comfortable, and neighborhood was super quiet despite being graduation weekend. Loved the small touches with complimentary water/snacks, would recommend the house to anyone.

Comfy Katy family stay

Two teens, a family with 3 year old twins and 3 other adults shared this space and screens with comfy ease. Its not extravagant and the common areas are not large but the rooms are comfy quiet. There are lots of options for individual spaces and tv viewing areas. The the house was very clean and the location was quiet and convenient to Katy.

Lovely home

Stayed for a show at that Equestrian Center and this home had everything we needed, in a quiet neighborhood close to absolutely anything you could need. It is about 20 minutes from the GSWE Center. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, nicely decorated and generally great. We’ll stay again for the next competition. Thanks!

Beautiful home!

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and checking was very easy. The proximity to restaurants and the grocery store were so close the house as well. This was perfect for our family. Our host communicated very well with me and explained the house rules clearly and I really appreciated that. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

Comfy is a Great Word

This property is advertised as a comfy Katy 4 bedroom and I could not agree more. Our trip had three couples staying two nights and the property was more than large enough to accomodate our group. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and the cooking utensils were new and in very good shape. The stay was great, the house was incrdible and the property manager was extraordinarily friendly and easy to deal with.

Perfect Location

Our family came into town for a graduation. This home was nicely decorated and we had plently of room. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a wonderful touch of having a starter of coffee and water as our flight was delayed and we didnt get in until very late!! The host was incredibly hospitable, providing clear instructions and great communication from the moment we secured the reservation!

Recently stayed here with my family of 5. Very clean and spacious. Really made you feel like you were at home. Great location every things was really 5 mins away. Property manager was amazing. We were in constant contact for check in and departure.

Great stay

This was a perfect place to stay for a group of friends in town for a wedding weekend. The house was spotless and neat. Best to have a car as there is no nearby public transit.

Excellent house-exactly as described

This is a great house for a visit to Katy or anywhere in Ft. Bend County. The house is exactly as described and the owner response to questions is quick. I cannot recommend this property enough. I am so glad we stayed here.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood

The property owner communicated with us better than at any other rental property we have stayed at - it was very much appreciated. The home is well appointed and was perfect for us for a few days.

Wonderful stay!

This house so cozy and inviting and is in a great neighborhood. The pictures do not do it justice. There were 9 of us that stayed here and we were so comfortable and in great location for shopping and restaurants. Deborah is great to work with and very prompt to respond to any questions or comments.

Beautiful Home

We had family in for graduation and this home was perfect for them. They enjoyed the nice back patio with coffee in the mornings. It was a quiet, relaxing stay, and the location was ideal.

Very roomy, just as described

We were very pleased with this property. We were in town to visit family in Fulshear and this was so much better than staying at a hotel. Very spacious, clean, great patio area and even a garage! Beds were quite high which was a bit of a problem for my older mother. I had made sure that the master was on the 1st floor so she didnt have to climb stairs. So this may not be a problem for everyone, if your knees are in good shape. Overall, very happy, would stay here again.
