Discover your perfect Florida beach retreat at our oceanfront condo on St. Joeâs Beach! Start your day with coffee on the balcony, then stroll down for a dip in the warm Gulf waters. Enjoy stunning sunsets year-round, plus pet-friendly perks for your furry friends. With beach access, in-unit laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an expansive deck, this condo has everything you need for a memorable getaway!
SeaMaiden is set up for contactless entry so there is no need for interaction. We have more than one unit available to rent on the property so guests may interact with other guests.
Our neighborhood is full of other charming oceanfront homes and condos and has a laid-back, beachy feel. Be sure to check out a great local eatery - The Shipwreck Raw Bar!
When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River, or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!
Guests will have access to the entire unit and to the shared beach. There is free parking onsite as well as on the street.
Welcome to your coastal getaway! Our newly renovated 2-bedroom condo offers a perfect beachside retreat. The main bedroom, with a king bed and a full bathroom, is upstairs for added privacy. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and there's a new pullout couch in the common area, allowing this stay to sleep 6 people. The interior is designed with luxury furnishings and everything inside is brand new!
Enjoy the convenience of 2 full baths, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Stay connected with free WiFi and space to work from home if needed. Unwind in front of the smart TV or check out the planets and stars with the telescope!
Take in the sun and fresh air outside on the spacious deck overlooking the water! With ample seating and a wonderful view, this is the perfect place to truly feel relaxed and on vacation! We are the center unit on the upper level and have a truly amazing view of the water and the wonderful sunsets.
Guests can park onsite or on the street for free. Please note that currently Uber and Lyft are not available in our area.

Please read the following information specific to our unit to help your vacation go smoothly:
Please take a moment when you arrive to locate the welcome book and read thoroughly.
For the safety of our home and guests there are exterior cameras on the property.
Do NOT leave sliding glass door open as the salt air damages the furniture. We have installed a humidity reader and will charge an extra fee if the humidity in the home exceeds our limit. This will only occur if doors are left open.
Do not bring indoor furniture outside.
Please use kitty litter box as a way to clean feet and paws before entering- just add water and sit outside of door.
If your dog has anxiety when you leave please crate them while gone, as scratches on the doors will result in a damage claim and continuous barking will disturb neighbors.
Do not leave umbrellas located on the balcony open when windy. If possible please bring in outdoor cushions if there is rain.
There are beach chairs and beach towels provided for use.
The dryer is very small and needs the vent cleaned with EVERY use. It's located on the back inside wall of the dryer.

When in town we are often hanging with our guests, enjoying the local music and oysters and always watching the best sunsets ever! Make sure you see at least one while you are here - they are AMAZING!
