There is a separate inviting dining area. The charming sky-lit kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances including Samsung gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast nook has French doors leading to a secluded deck surrounded by greenery. One bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite renovated bathroom with tiled shower. The oversized upstairs second bedroom has a king-size bed. The hall bathroom has been updated with classic Heath tile flooring and tiled combination tub/shower. The private Carmel stone patio is surrounded by flower beds. There is a single carport for covered parking, and ample additional street parking readily available. A little-known footpath, the "Jane Powers walkway", leads down to the gorgeous white sand beach. It is only a five minute walk to town, with famed shops and restaurants.
As this home has a city imposed 30 night minimum stay allowing just one booking per month, it is preferred that all 30 nights of your stay be in the same month. Should your preferred dates of stay not meet this request, please send an inquiry first
