Our Space: Levi's Landing in Moab, Utah is a bright and modern 3-bedroom home thoughtfully designed for comfort and is an ideal choice for small families, groups of friends, and couples. Kitchen is FULL of all the things you need to cook a great meal. Park your Jeep or outdoor adventure gear in the 2-car garage, and rest assured that our spacious 38' driveway can accommodate most trailers.

Property Details:
• 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, Full over Full Bunk Beds (rated for adults), 1 Murphy Bed & 1 pack and play. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people, including infants. Room darkening curtains and air conditioning for added comfort. King & Queen Bedrooms have new large smart TV’s.
• Parking: Two-car garage with ample storage and 2 bike racks. The driveway is 38' long and accommodates 2 cars wide. Additional street parking is available for oversize or extra vehicles, along with guest parking at the end of the driveway.
• Coffee Station: Guests can choose between espresso, drip, and pour-over coffee.
• Entertainment: A new 55-inch Smart TV with local and syndicated cable and access to all your favorite apps.
• Well-Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with ceramic and stainless-steel pans, silicone utensils, small appliances, and an outdoor grill.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer in unit, available for guest use.
• Child-Friendly: Includes a Pack 'n Play, highchair, children's cups, plates, utensils, and small toys.
• Garage Amenities: 2 bike racks holding two bikes each, a shop vacuum, and winter essentials for dealing with snow and ice.
• Cleanliness & Comfort: Impeccably maintained to exceed Airbnb standards. All essentials provided, including soap, shampoo, and more. Sometimes seasonal desert insects come indoors when doors are left open.

So fun in Moab!

Stephany’s place was perfect as a home base for our Wild West Adventures! We were able to explore the National Parks, enjoy downtown, and enjoy the pool/tennis courts/basketball courts at the condo complex! The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We had one issue with which Stephany was not only responsive in a short period of time but took care of everything quickly. Highly recommend this property!

One of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in!

It all started with 2 months before our trip; I had a plan to do a motorcycle ride through arches, dead horse point, canyon lands, etc in the Moab area. I booked this condo and I received a phone call from Stephany. I’ve never received a phone call from a host before. Everything has been through text or vrbo messages. She was so pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The house is very very clean, spacious, and the allowed use of the garage was just over the top! It was nice being outside of downtown Moab as well, hardly any traffic and not a ton of neighbors. It was such an excellent stay that we will be staying again later this year when we go back to do the other half of the surrounding area rides that we didn’t get to. Thanks again, Stephany!

Nice family getaway

This property had amazing views where we could sit back relax and enjoy the evening after a day of hiking. The pools and hot tubs were just across from this location which was very nice. The home was stocked well with everything we needed. The only reason I would give this a 4 instead of 5 stars is bc the master bedroom had a balcony but there were no furniture to sit and enjoy the view. Also the master bedroom had the smallest tv I have ever seen. I know that is not a big deal to others but after a long day laying in bed watching a movie is one of our favorite things to do and to have such a tiny tv was annoying.

Great place to stay

This was a nice property. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time and the property manager was amazing and very helpful. The one thing I wish was different is bunkbed. For kids it might be fine but not for adults. It made squeaky sound every time you turn and was not comfortable.

This was a great property. It had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. Most rentals we have stayed at say they have everything but then don’t. We really enjoyed our time and the property manager was amazing and very helpful.

Loved the location of this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location away from the busy downtown Moab. Quiet and convenient to pool and hot tub. Kitchen was very nice and had everything for making a meal. Beds were very comfortable. Staying at this townhome made our trip perfect.

Incredible Location

We had the most wonderful time staying at Levi’s Landing! Stephany (the host), was incredibly fast at responding, the house had everything you could possibly need, loved the digital concierge, the location is ideal for families - walking distance to the pool, tennis courts and playground! My kids were in heaven! Couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Will definitely stay with them again!

Beautiful property.

We stayed for 3 days. 5 adults. The property is well kept and beautifully furnished. There was nothing lacking, from information on things to do to plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, bake, grill, you name it. The view from the living room window is espectacular. The house was super clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage and a huge garage. The neighborhood was neat and clean and safe. We will definitely stay here again. We recommend this property for anyone looking to spent time enjoying the outdoors or simply taking time to relax and decompress.

Fantastic Stay at Levi's Landing

Don't agonize - book Levi's Landing for your next vacation – you’ll be happy you did! Levi’s landing is awesome. It’s super clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked – including Nespresso capsules for the Nespresso machine – nice! Further, you can’t get a better host than Stephany W. Her pre-, during, and post- communications were excellent. Two examples: 1) Months before our trip, Arches NP moved to a timed entry program. Stephany immediately reached out to inform us of the change so we could order our park entry pass prior to arrival – very thoughtful, and 2) While at Levi’s Landing, the coffee maker met end-of-life. That same day, Stephany had a new machine delivered to the condo – impressive! When we return to Moab, without hesitation, we’ll be staying at Levi’s Landing - you’ll be glad you did too!

Best home base for adventuring (or recovering)

Recently stayed here for a friends trip & it was an absolutely wonderful place to call home for the week while taking advantage of all the outdoor adventures around Moab. During the trip I injured my back and spent three days in the house recuperating, so I got to know the place and the amenities really well. This is a 5 star place! We felt at home from the moment we arrived, everything was clean and well organized and you could tell every last detail had been thought through. Really appreciate the host going to such lengths to provide everything you could need from pool towels to espresso all right at your fingertips. A couple of absolute standout amenities were: - The mattresses, let me tell you I asked the host what the setup in the master was so I could replicate it back home - and that was with an injured back!!! - The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking or to help sore back muscles, plus the view was great - The board games came in clutch during the one day it rained, I'm not sure how many games of Sorry were played but it got a bit ruthless. Also being able to cast to the TV was great while I stayed on the couch while everyone else was off in the canyons. - Kitchen was stocked with all supplies you could possibly need while cooking. Seriously. It helped us as we didn't eat out as much. I thought it was really sweet that they had some essentials for little kids, will come in handy on our next trip with family in the fall. - Personal recommendations for the area for both food and adventures. While did didn't get to all of them the trails and restaurants that we did do were all five star choices! My friends and I will be coming back to Moab for another season of climbing and will be booking this place again. The convenience and comfort of Levi's Landing is exceptional and helped us get the most from our trip. Thanks Steph for being an amazing host!

Best stay on our Trip

We have traveled a lot and have been to the USA many times. But this stay in Moab was one of the best we have experienced so far. Fast, accurate and pleasant communication with the owner. Flawless and uncomplicated access to the house. The apartment itself superbly equipped, perfectly furnished with everything you need. Very clean, everything functional. The fireplace was a highlight, insanely beautiful kitchen. Great bedrooms, separate bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and can recommend Levi's Landing without reservation. Thank you Stephany! Wir sind schon viel gereist und waren auch oft in den USA. Aber dieser Aufenthalt in Moab gehörte zu dem Besten, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Schnelle, präzise und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Einwandfreier und unkomplizierter Zugang zum Haus. Die Wohnung selbst hervorragend ausgestattet, perfekt eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber, alles funktional. Der Kamin war ein Highlight, wahnsinnig schöne Küche. Tolle Schlafzimmer, getrennte Bäder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlfgefühlt und können Levi's Landing uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke Stephany!
