Stay in beautiful roxborough Park. World class golfing at arrowhead. Roxborough and Chatfield state park are close. Great bathroom, with heated floors and walk in shower. Comfy bed. Back yard space with grill and hot tub. The space is in the lower level of our home. but 100 percent private.

Wonderful Stay

We LOVED our stay. We were a bit nervous at first because in someone’s basement can be scary and personal but they were so welcoming and kind it felt like we were at home.

Perfect honeymoon stay!

We loved staying here at this Vrbo! The owners are super friendly people and we absolutely loved their sheepadoodles!! Felt like home away from home! Perfect for our 6 day stay. Easy to access, cute neighborhood, would highly recommend to anyone staying near Denver!

It was a perfect place to stay!

This place was so nice! Stayed one night since we were headed to a different city the next day. But it was a beautiful home and a very nice stay! I would definitely recommend!

Stayed one night

The owners welcomed us very warmly and then allowed us our space. The rental was clean, homely, and comfortable with multiple televisions. The bathroom was spacious with a nice (but cold since there's no door) shower. The rental space is the basement of the owners home, with the bedroom beneath their kitchen. Due to this, we could hear them quite loudly. This did end rather quicky and there were no problems with noise while sleeping.

Golf getaway

We came to golf in the area from Ontario. The house was a perfect locale as Arrowhead was the destination. House was comfortable and sauna and jacuzzi were nice to have after the exercise of the day. Owners were more than gracious and courteous. We were treated like family. Thanks.

Beautiful stay, the perfect getaway!

Exceptional stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming, the place was beautiful and the atmosphere was perfect! Gorgeous views, fresh air, and even a bear sighting in the back yard, excellent hosts who provided everything we needed for a quality stay!

What a treat

This location worked great for my needs. I was spending the weekend between red rocks and Colorado Springs but flying in and out of Denver. Kaylene and Thayne are very accommodating and pleasant hosts. The offer solid recommendations and even washed and dried my hat for me as I didnt realize it fell out of my car into a puddle. The dogs are a bonus! I would book again

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Everything was amazing!!! The hot tub is so nice especially after going to a red rocks show or hiking. The dogs are so cute and sweet. Absolutely loved our stay and the host were so warm and welcoming. Great spot at at an affordable price!

This was by far our favorite vrbo stay. The host is very accommodating and they made our stay very comfortable! Super clean house and hot tub. The dogs are great! They gave us the best picks when it came to restaurants.

Delightful and 5++++ Star

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was fantastic. Besides the place being immaculate and modern, reserving it and checking in was a breeze. Kaylene answered all of my pre-booking questions promptly and thoroughly. It was immediately evident the hosts - Kaylene and Thayne - really put a great deal of effort into making the space welcoming and comfortable. It was truly my home away from home. The thoughtful touches throughout the place, coffee, water, an abundance of supplies, towels, toiletries, shampoos, and more made it abundantly clear they want to provide something special for travels. These things go above and beyond that truly set this VRBO apart from others. Hands down the very best part of our experience was the hosts, Kaylene and Thayne. They are two truly amazing, caring, sincere, adventurous, and all-around fun people. Generous with sharing their knowledge of the state, and, their time and energy to ensure our comfort and needs were met. It felt like I was with true friends. The jacuzzi was perfection - with coffee in the morning and something a little stronger at night. Thank you both so much for making our stay so joyful, safe, and amazing! Incredibly helpful

Thayne and Kaylene went above and beyond in our stay with them. After our rental car got in a hit and run, they offered to drive us anywhere we needed it to even borrow one of their own vehicles. They are wonderful people. Their property is beautiful as well!

Great experience

We had a wonderful experience. Although it’s attached to the host’s home, we had plenty of privacy and actually enjoyed and appreciated the hosts. They are kind, caring, and genuinely care about you enjoying yourself. The backyard is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. We really enjoyed staying here!

Basement Haven

This cozy unit is perfect and suited our needs exactly. The bed is comfy, but I personally loved the shower the best. Access to the unit is easy and the owners are so nice. (Be prepared for super friendly, giant, fluffy dogs!) We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely

The owners (Thane and Kayla) were very hospitable. The space is comfortable, quiet and clean. I rented for 2 weeks while I attended Denver Seminary. Morning walks on safe trails in and out of their nice neighborhood were pleasant. Good location in and out of southwest Denver. 5 stars.
