The “House of Champions” comes to you hosted by Sue and Tony. Enjoy not only a place to lay your head but a true EXPERIENCE. Our desire was to provide a place that will bring excitement to your long-awaited vacation or “stay-cation”. That’s right…does your group need some variety based everyone's needs?

Designed by one of the best designers in the Orlando area, the House of Champions accommodates both adults and kids alike. Fully renovated in 2022, EVERY room has its own unique theme whether just a chic look OR a popular theme. This house may not be for everyone but for those that like “well done” and being spoiled with amenities…this one is for you. Read on to understand why.

This home is truly a FUN home with something for everyone. If you like to cook and/or grill, this home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill (additional daily fee applies) so no need to wait for one to be delivered by an outside company. It will be there when you get there! Are you a movie buff? Experience our theatre room with a state-of-the-art sound system, plush seating and 70+ pre-loaded movies to pick from. Perhaps you would like to hang out in the open loft and play a game of pool or relax on the chic yellow couch while watching the game on the big screen TV. How about hours of fun in the air-conditioned Arcade Room with all the popular arcade games you remember from years back, and PS4 ? You also can enjoy our pleasant pool atmosphere or simply relax downstairs in the main living area and pair your device to our Bose sound system for your enjoyment. Whether some in your group are looking for the “park scene” or the “stay behind scene”, this house will accommodate both agendas. If this isn’t enough…Champions Gate resort has the exclusive Oasis Club only 100 yards away from our back door. This is one of the best Club Houses around with (2) pools, a lazy river, restaurant, outdoor bars, inside movie theater, and much, much more. No need to drive and fight for a parking spot.

Resort amenities, including clubhouse, pool, splash pad, and recreational facilities are managed by the HOA and maybe subject to temporary closures maintenance whether or limited hours without notice we are not able to guarantee availability.

There are two (2) King Suites on the first floor both with their own bathrooms. There are six (6) additional bedrooms, including (3) themed bedrooms on the second floor. All themed bedrooms have two (2) sets of bunk beds in each room including a total of (8) Twin Beds and (4) Double Beds. This house can accommodate 20 people depending on sleeping arrangements and mix of adults and children. Themed bedrooms include Moana, Monsters Inc and Star Wars decked out with LED lights and fun murals as seen in the pictures. There are several bathrooms upstairs for everyone to share.

The garage area was renovated into an ARCADE room featuring Ski Alpine Racer, Time Crisis 4, Hydro Thunder, and Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift Racing to mention a few. Log into your own PS4 account or use the games we’ve already downloaded.

We can heat the private pool and Hot Tub for 38$ a day.
We can provide access to a propane grill for 12$/day.

**We provide some basic house hold starter items to help get your trip started. Please note, for longer stays you may need to purchase additional supplies.

-This is not a party house, quiet hours will be strictly enforced.
-Do not move any furniture or appliances. Nothing is to be moved or modified in the home.

All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children and young adults accompanied by their parents).. of free Spotify account thru an iPad and wireless Bose speaker
